Oh mi Gossssssh

I am Starvin marvin.. Iv been out all day and as a result have eating F* all.

breakfast: handful of fresh rasberries and cherrys. 1 strawberry muller

11am- kellogs fibre plus



5:30 and me mothers.. some cherry toms..


ahh, its almost 7 and iv only just got home and online... waiting for OH to get out of the shower and im getting my valencian paella on the go. Not sure how itl go as i have picked up risotto rice rather than paella rice? bugger.. will this matter?




Update: never cook valencian paella. It was gag.


so tea: about 3 tablespoons of paella before i gave up!

followed by 28g of cheese HEA and an apple!

no syns so far, shall have a hot choc later me thinkys.

What does valencian paella entail?
 
the recipe is in a sw mag.. july 2010 (latest?) do believe the new one is out next week..


frylight
salt and pepper
chicken
1 large onion
1 red pepper
1yellow pepper
chorizo sausages cut up
2 garlic cloves
2tsp sweet smoked paprika
large pinch of saffron threads
7oz of rough chopped toms
994ml hot chicken stock
13oz paella rice
71g frozen peas
8large raw tiger prawns (gag, left these out.. i hate fish!)
1 lemon cut into wedges
small handful of flat leaf parsley.


sounded and looked lovley.. disgustingly bland, expensive and took over an hour (which seems like a lifetime when your very hungry)


OH is currently eating an entire pizza to himself... says it all really

i hate that word.. 'diet' lol

mmmm just had a nice hot choc and squirty cream 3syns and a bag of choc buttons for 4 syns.. 7 syns today!

really not very hungry today, its 31 here.. ooft. Topping up me tan i am..

Okay guys and girlies, i have declared this (saturday) a day off..

i have sunday, monday, tuesday and wednesday to sort it out.. so i shant fret, going to really enjoy this evening. xxx
 
oooo have nice day 'off'... i've decided that when i get to club 10 is when i next have a high syn treat (chicken tikka) 6.5lb to go :)

Well, im knackered and feeling very delicate, despite having no alcohol

Im about to call in sick.. (i work sundays)

i just cant face it, i think the heat +excessive dancing+ fatty foods has made me feel quite delicate and i need a day to myself to recover..

however joes mother is here so i cant wait to hear what she has to say about me calling in sick. ... grr.

argh im so flipping tired, my poor best friend has a virus so we'v missed aquafit this eve and i sneaky weighed myself today and it showed me +4, i know id just had breakfast but i was hoping to sts or gain just 1lb from the wedding so i could enjoy cupcake course next week :(


i was 100% yday, today and tomorrow, and thursday was good too.. so i can only hope.

you weigh more in morning apparently (i read somewhere) so wouldnt worry about your 'gain' as was probably a fake gain.
is the things you've tried from june magazine? is anything you enjoyed? i'm trying a fresh new week this week and want try new things :)
 
the mixed bean chilli i tried was fab,

dont bother with the smokey one tray pork and veg- boring and bland and the paella was gag worthy-straight in the bin!

the easy tuna and sweetcorn bake (minus the frozen spinach) was yummy with beans, however it was much better after 'resting' in the fridge overnight.. seemed to get rid of that 'yogurty' taste the fromage frai and quark can give sometimes.


Im certain im still looking at a gain tomorrow, im gutted because i just didnt anticipate the wedding being a problem.

i really wanted to lose / sts this week so i could eat all of my decorated cupcakes on thurs and have lunch somewhere fancy for wife's birthday, so if i gain im going to feel a bit uncomfortable about it now and feel its a waste not to fully enjoy the cake course without eating it, but dont want to ruin my chances of shifting the extra i may have gained this week.


realy need to work out a food plan/shopping list for this week. xx
 
Whens your weigh in i really wouldn't worry until then! my scaled said i gained 2lb this morning and i lost 1/2lb (not much but better than 2lb gain was expecting) enjoy everything you have planned you deserve it look how far you've come! i know i can't talk as struggling myself at minute but your strong you've come so faand achieved so much - go thinking you can eat one cupcake and enjoy that one, remember how sick you feel when you've binged, you'll enjoy that one cupcake more knowing there's no more!
and fancy luch you know how to make right desisions keep a old photo in your bag and look how far you came and that will help you make right meal choice and help you with your portion control and when to stop. you'll be fine believe in yourself more x

Read over how confident you sound in that post, its difficult to apply it your self somtimes (im always the first to handout advise i dont take myself lol) but you sound so confident and calm towards it all. You CAN do this.


my weigh in is tomorrow eve.

I was good thursday, friday bar the cookie milkshake thing which i had intented to be my 'treat' for the week. sat was obvs the wedding- sun, mon and today have been 100% I had hoped id have done enough, however iv not eaten enough due to serious lack of planning.

Oh well, no point worrying. Nothing i can do now. WI tomorrow, then onto the next week!
