Fern, don't worry too much about a temporary gain, there's a good reason for it and you know you'll get it off again. This is what maintenance is about! Don't let it detract from enjoying your cupcake course, you thoroughly deserve a treat after all the hard work you've been putting in, and you've been so looking forward to it. It was a truly lovely thing to do for your friend, so just make the most of it and forget about the lbs for five minutes! :D
 
Thanks girls. Im going to have the cupcakes reguardless, iv been wiating a month for it and i didnt pay £150 to not eat cake damnit!

i went to my first class tonight after an amazing day off plan to get me back in the zone and it was fab (iv just posted the low down on it in off topic)



back on track tomorrow.. i recon only 1/2 lb on this week again if i work hard. then shift it the week after! x
 
Back on plan - Friday 2nd July, 5 days till WI. (including today)

Breaky: 3 ryvita sweet onion crisp breads, 28g cheese (HEA&HEB) mullerlight.

Water all day, banana.

Home made syn free curry with syn free mint dip and poppadoms. Will update with exact syn values etc.

beakfast: 3 'syn free' blueberry pancakes (1syn for 28g so will count 1/2syn)

dinner: spicy three bean chilli from mag, dollop of VLF yogurt and 28g cheese HEA

mullerlight

Tea: griddled chicken breast in shwartz bbq shotz seasoning, 2 slices of wholemeal bread 400g loaf HEB and a big salad of lettuce, spring onion, red pepper, tomatoes and cucumber. 2 tsps of flora light 2syns and a tiny dolop of bbq sauce 1 syns


did a 40 minute walk across the common with the dog today. xxx

bah, i fell off the wagon last night

i ate the chocolate off a magnum icecream, a bowl off chocolate shreddies, 1 mini snickers snack bar, 1 oaty bar, and a tiny teeny slice of homemade fruit cake.


*hangs head in shame* im sorry!

back on track today i promise.


breakfast: rhubarb mullerlight with handful of rasberries, 1 oaty bar. Water. HEB

Dinner: spicy mixed bean chilli and 28g of cheese HEA


tea: slow cooker chicken, roast pots, carrots and peas, gravey (1syn)

no worries hon, your new man sounds like a diamond.. just remember theres no point hiding anything because if you want it to last, he'l have to know sometime. By the time i met OH i was SO fed up of men treating me like crap i told him on the second date if this wasnt going somewhere serious then i wasnt going to waste my next few months of my life getting to know him. I told him straight out, all about my crazy family, the nasty things that have happened to me.. and that i wanted marrige and kids and that was that.



i gave him the oppurtunity to leave and he didnt.. 2 and a half years this month <3 love him' xxxx

snack- fruit salad, hartley low cal jelly 0.5syn.

tea- massive bowl of chips, 42g cheese and an entire tin of mushy peas.


i cannot stop eating. I am just, starving. - despite backing out of aquafit, i did walk away from millies cookie counter empty handed and came straight home.


im so gutted with myself :cry: feel a mess this week.
 
4.5lb on. here we go again!


Had some awful news yday. One of our mums at work lost her baby, then my friends dad has just been diagnosed with blood cancer. Made the world seem very cruel and i ended up with a curry to top my crap WI with.


Anywho. Just had another blood test done at the docs and iv started acupuncture with my doc to see if itl help me joints.




breakfast: day one, back 100%:
Kellogs fibre plus, 1 apple.


Dinner: Potato and tuna salad. Toms, cucumber, onion, mixed leaves. mayo- 2 syns. 1apple

Hey Fern don't give up you have done AMAZINGLY well on your weight loss like 5 stone loss is insane!!

Its reassuring to see that someone who has done so well has their off days and weeks just like me, currently getting my head back in the game after just being lazy and stopping SW for about 2 months.

Back to my pre giving up weight and looking to loose 2 more pounds with the help of wii fit and doing food diaries again to finally get to target.

Have some hugs for your bad news - and seriously if anyone can do it you can Fern!!

okay, i may have read my book wrong. I gained 3.5, not 4.5 .. still bad but once less pound to tackle than expected.

So thats a round 4lb gain in two weeks.. 4lb to get off over the next few.

Thursdays eating (day 1 back on plan)

Breaky- kellogs fibre plus, 1apple
dinner- new potato and tuna salad with mayo 2syns.
tea- syn free chilli con carni and rice with vlf yogurt.

2slices of ham and some cherrys as a snack.

total syns for day -2.
exercise- walking the dog whilst pushing buggy across common lol.





friday- breaky- 1kellogs fibre plus, half a shape yogurt, a handful of rasberries, cherries and straweberrys with some sweetener.


1 apple, two slices of ham and some cherrys.

tea- now im in a pickle. OH agreed to go to his brothers for tea.


Im so mad. Not only has he sabotaged my diet this week by agreeing for dinner at his brothers this eve- dont even get me started on their food- but hes also agreed a meal OUT tomorrow eve with his sister. I just want to get this few lbs off so i can get serious about getting into a maintaining routine. BAH.


Will update tomorrow. Couldnt be more secretly mad if i tried. No way il get away with anything healthy tonight, oil is his middle name.


update: tea was Pork, roast poatoes (the real ones..) green beans, carrots and i had about 100mls of gravey made with what i think was bisto and fats.

i had one profiterole, with 1 tablepoon of extra thick cream, and 2 after 8 mints.


Can anyone give me total?

1.9mile jog/run this morn.
breakfast- 1 kellogs fibre plus. HEB

dinner- pasta and sauce with red onion and cheese HEA apple and cherries

tea- the meal at harvesters(with added grrr) - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and onions from salad bar, then simply chicken, (chicken, jacket p-plain- and peas) left half the jacket p and had a dollop of bbq sauce.

1 apple. resisted dessert and icecream back at SIL house.



feel like the odds are stacked against me this week and i hate it. My motivation is near to nothing as it is and feel like i could fall apart at anytime. My only hope is that i am SO desperate not to gain this week and atleast drop 1lb that i'l keep going.

2eggs scrambled, 1 chopped tomatoe and bacon with all fat removed. 1 tbsp of brown sauce (1syn)

3 ryvita crackerbreads with 28g cheese, blueberries and cherries. 1 shape yog


slow cooked chicken, new pots, carrots, peas and gravey 1syn.




Monday- 1 kellogs fibre plus, some pinapple.

baked pot, ratatouille and cheese HEA


tea- 2 slices of ham, handful of cherrys toms and a tin of mushy peas (not all together:jelous: lol)


exercise- work and a zumba class.

- 1 millies rasberries and white choc cookie *slaps wrist*


GAH, im having such a **** week. I feel like **** and i cant seem to get out of this feeling. I just feel so fed up.

two lbs down this week, two more to go.. onwards and downwards.

recieved some more bad news earlier, a local boy who was diagnosed with lukiema last year has finally passed. I only saw him a matter of days ago, my heart goes out to his family. Life is so cruel, he was only 15.
