managed 30 lengths at the pool, couldve been better but was so busy..twinned with a painful tummy bug iv been trying to ignore- im exhausted!
had two apples for 1point still feels odd pointing fruit!
lunc h: runnerbeans and carrots 0points, 150g roast chicken breat for 2.5 points, 160g potatoes at 5points, 1yorkie at 1 point and some graveuy for 1.5 points =10points! :O

finding ww different and interesting, my food has been so varied and im enjoying the different foods .. but i am hungry at times. im finding breakast a doddle whereas iget bored and always eat the same with sw, but find main meals, espesh eve ones more challenging.
its deffinatly teaching me portion control, and the limitations and needs of my body, aawell making me realise i must use my syns fully to add variety, aswell aid my cravings better to avoid binging. A m looking forward to following sw after hols,. .. although i am enjoying the new way of eating, with the new foods etc, i cant sustain pointing things all the time, and finding im having fruit withdrawel symptoms as usually eat so much and cant help but want tosave my points for other yummy things..mmm lemon slices! ha
