oay guys! i sts ..which means what was gained last week was lost this week. however i weighed in at 9.11 not 9.10- but no biggy.

so 2.5 to target- the aim is 5.5 in two weeks, i hope ww does this for me!

day 1 going well so far! im on 18 points, wont be using any points 'earned' from exercise, seems silly to me?

ww yogurt 0.5points

1.9 mile run

breaky: white bagel (omg lol) 3.5points, 30g philly light 1 point, 1 slice of ham 1 point and some sliced cherry toms-0 points.

500mls water

lunch: 1 can of ww tomato soup 1point, and 1 slice of granery 1.5 points.

snack 1 kids pack of semi-dried apricots, 1.5points


tea: will be chicken stirfry , chicken breast, cabbage, carrot, brocolie etc, with soy sauce and 5spice will confirm points later when home.


At my nieces birthday at the mo, eek. Be strong! Feeling ok, not hungry yet. Am doing ok? i think.. :)

Mmmmm bagels indeed! Okay so ...

Chicken 165g uncooked was 2.5 points, stirfry veg at 1 point, with soysauce and 5 spice 0 points
So 3.5 points,

(Hat left 3.5 @oints which I used for tiny slither of bday cake :)

(Hats all 18 points used, - feel the day went well, was a bit hungry mid aft. But I'm still learning how to use my points. (He novelty of eating 'new food' has certainly kept me amused!
:eek:wever I'm also already paniicing, I don't think its going to shift any weight, but I'll continue in hope and enjoy the ride!

going well there fern-have you thought about making some 0 point soup ? Butternut squash and sweet red pepper is lovely , i make a big batch ,keeps in the fridge for a few days and I use for snacks or to pad out a meal
 
do you think im doing it ok? im very nervous!

I have thought about making 0 point soup but i cant even make full fat soup taste good. . i suck at soup, its like a curse. Honestly- my freezer is full of unedible soups i refuse to chuck!!

im very nervous, eek. DAy 3. struggeling at the party. Musn't pick at food.. grr

and then it all went wrong.

im going to call it a day now and assume im at my 18points or close enough. Hope i havnt ruined it. :sigh:

managed 30 lengths at the pool, couldve been better but was so busy..twinned with a painful tummy bug iv been trying to ignore- im exhausted!

had two apples for 1point still feels odd pointing fruit!

lunc h: runnerbeans and carrots 0points, 150g roast chicken breat for 2.5 points, 160g potatoes at 5points, 1yorkie at 1 point and some graveuy for 1.5 points =10points! :O

only have four left! eeek

finding ww different and interesting, my food has been so varied and im enjoying the different foods .. but i am hungry at times. im finding breakast a doddle whereas iget bored and always eat the same with sw, but find main meals, espesh eve ones more challenging.

its deffinatly teaching me portion control, and the limitations and needs of my body, aawell making me realise i must use my syns fully to add variety, aswell aid my cravings better to avoid binging. A m looking forward to following sw after hols,. .. although i am enjoying the new way of eating, with the new foods etc, i cant sustain pointing things all the time, and finding im having fruit withdrawel symptoms as usually eat so much and cant help but want tosave my points for other yummy things..mmm lemon slices! ha

hope your all still rooting for me! im hoping this will work for me .. ihope im doing it alright!

okay had h a hot choc yesterday before bed-1 point, saving 3points in total.

i had a really rough night .. feel a bit better today but deffinatly have a tummy bug, so wont make zumba this eve..going to need to rest befor work tomo.

breakast: 65g muselie 3points ,quater pint semi skimmed 1point. = 4 points
 
Hey Fern, just checking in to see how you are doing - certainly different foods hey! 65g muesli - WOW! Makes the 28g I just had seem teeny tiny. And bagels and dried fruit and nuts....

It's going to work for you I'm sure, all the diets do, just as long as it gives you the focus you need hun.

i know! couldnt be further from my sw way of life hey?
because its so different im struggeling to gauge whether im doing well or not? im aiming for a 4lb loss but not sure if im being over hopeful and unrealistic? i feel like im learning things though.

it seems bizare to me that iv just eaten a ww strawberry cheesecake at half 9 in the morn (feeling sorry for my self) for 3points but supposedly aslong as istay within my points allowance i can still expect a loss? its just so different! i guess i cant help but be sceptical- finges x?d wednesday wi will reward me!
