I really feel it has clicked now, normally my downfalls are nightduties, I have 3 this week, tonight, tomorrow and friday, but I so have no intention of cheating, I will make sure I take my own snacks. will list daily food later.

I actually really like the choc ones, they are enough to give me a choc fix, I usually cut them up into small bites and add them to either the lime or raspberry jelly and some cream, but have to agree the peanut and caramel and white choc and berry are the better texture and taste.
Your post just made me laugh. When I first tasted a Sero Berry and White Chocolate Bar I couldn't believe how awful it was. I couldn't finish it - a couple of small bites was enough. The peanut one is tolerable, but far from delicious. I like the chocolate mealbar and the orange mealbar but wouldn't go mad on them.
Some people love Sero Bars, mind you. They are reasonably priced for a low carb bar and have rescued my diet many times.
they are a god send just like a roll, so versatile!

i didn`t like any of the sero bars to start with, but i think the longer you are on Atkins the more you will like them, your taste buds change
I tried a piece of normal choc the other day, and couldn`t believe how sweet it was.
well! I'm well into my 2nd week now which is something I always USED to do, somehow in the middle of the night in my head binges didnt count! how naive lol!, this for me is an incredible achievement and I'm going to congratulate myself
will list food later, out with friends tonight at pub for meal, will only drink soda water and will eat probably fish.
back from pub, I had 2 pints of soda water, large grilled plaice with parsley butter and veg, and 2 decaf coffees I thought, but thy came over and apologised they forgot and gave me a caffetier of ordinary coffee! I know on atkins decaf is ok, but would there be too many carbs in ordinary coffee.
Theres a good question, as i only have normal coffee.
I don`t see why there should be more carbs, i think (&hope) atkins didn`t like the caffine as it can make you feel hungry? will have to check it out.
just found out that it increases insulin levels which turns into fat with my condition, for others without insulin resistance I can see no problems apart from counting 1g carb per normal coffee and more if added with cream.
I love coffee, but I think I might try and drink green tea, it apparently speeds up your metabolism. Also I keep forgetting to have grapefruit juice also. I must experiment with these.
well done, hun, well grapefruit/juice is about 12g carbs, bu I have this doctor book that suggests if you eat or drink half grapefruit before all meals it rapidly speeds up metabolism, a scientific test was also done including 2 groups 1 with the grapefruit and 1 without, the losses were far greater including the grapefruit!
