Here I go again.....

You put me to shame MrsN I haven't done much at all today! Really need to up the exercise now, I've only got next week at work then off for a week for my birthday a couple of meals out are planned. I'm looking forward to a break but don't want to break my little Exante bubble! Well done on doing you 10000 steps that's brilliant!

I had one of those days yesterday and managed a shameful 1400 steps! Today I have just tried to think I need 20,000 over the weekend so had to get my bum in gear
 
It's really hard to reach 10000 somedays if I'm having an office day so making more of an effort on days I'm not. Starting a dance class on Tuesday I know I need to exercise more but feel I need to ease in and build it up. I have zero fitness and I'm an asthmatic.
You are right though - we can do this. Need to stay positive. I'm not hungry at all which is great!!
 
That's great you arnt hungry! I'm in an office all week sat on my behind so I struggle but make up for it walking my dogs! X
 
Just had my last pack (curry) and feel really stuffed! Enjoyed my Coke Zero with it. Hope everyone made it through the weekend 100% x

I never thought of buying Coke Zero or fizzy drinks. Might do that and have one in the evening

I'm really nervous as I'm scared of another low or sts will just make me this sod it but I need to get past this 2 stone that's haunting me! But feeling a bit hopeless as I know it's low and with possibly going off plan next week I know that's going to be low. I'm really frustrated!!! How are you feeling ? We need a pact that what ever happens we stick at it - pinky promise lol! X
 
Definitely totm for me, been really grouchy today, got home and have all the pain I usually get. Really fed up but explains the cravings I have been having. Got some sainsburys sparkling blackcurrant & cherry water today, it's the only one I could find with no citric acid and it's really nice so will be stocking up on that! Also got their own Coke Zero to try x

I promise!! I'm feeling p'eed off!! Want to lose 3lb per week - I feel that given I have 8-9stone to lose that isn't unreasonable on 600 cals per day!
 
I'm hoping for 3 n half to make the stone a month but not happening lol! We will get there x

It's really lovely and not too fizzy it bloats you up which is good, I've had a litre and not even realised I had so much which is a bonus as plain water seems so hard to drink if you know what I mean! X

I've found that when I've been off plan for only a day getting back into ketosis is much quicker. When I started the diet it took me 8 days, last time I was off plan only 1 day for ketosis.

Blackcurrant and cherry flavoured water sounds nice - will add it to the shopping list!
