just did 100 sit ups which will no doubt hurt in two days time lol. Daughter starts school tomorrow so I'm going to walk her there and attempt to jog back. It will be much cheaper than joining the gym!

Thats good on the walking and the jogging I tend to walk to exercise as I find it better then pumping iron but then I do miss the classes like zumba and things..
I have a dodgy knee (fractured it when I was in the army and ripped all the ligaments) so not sure about the jogging. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes not. Once I'm a bit fitter I'd like to do some kind of classes if I can fit it around work and my daughter.
What are your favourite meals on green? I've never tried the extra easy even though I went to the class. I just found red and green easier to play x

I got a free book called little book of comfort foods from one of the sw magazines and them recipes were in there my mum wantd the book so I wrote out the recipes I liked

Had a hectic day really and I only got 3 hours sleep last night, damned insomnia. Was my daughters first day at the new school as we've moved so I was all emotional. Then I went to find a doctors surgery that would take us on. Followed by a trip to B&Q, Asda, then spent the rest of the day painting the bathroom with a school run thrown in the middle. Tired is an understatement lol. Bet you wished you hadn't asked now haha.
Have just eaten the biggest chicken salad ever and feel sick now. Need to work out the syns for the extra light mayo and some more sweet pickle but that's the only naughty stuff.
I weighed 12st0.8 this morning and was 12st4 on Monday so very happy. Can't wait to get back into the 11s!
Really thought I'd see the 11's today but 12st bang on the dot lol.
Woke up feeling really hungry so did the 20 minute walk to school then polished off with my two hexb with a 'not big enough' bowl of fruit n fibre. Still hungry so now got a banana and strawberries with yoghurt :0)
