I haven't even cooked it yet as just got in lol. Really need the motivation to do it otherwise I'll be eating a bowl of cold chicken left over from last night lol

Raining today and have no motivation. I need to finish painting the hallway, clear out a cupboard and move all the stuff upstairs and do the ironing. What are the odds I do none of it lol
Well that's a 5lb loss for me on the first week. That included 3 green days which probably isn't a good idea with my PCOS and the metformin so am very happy. Going to do red every day this week and see how I get on
Know the feeling.... having a tough few days myself... this is my 4th week and the hardest to resist temptation so far!! I'm getting weighed tomorrow and don't think i'll have lost anything but not giving up the fight just yet!! Tonight I'm gonna sit down and make up my plan for Thursday morning onwards and get right back on the saddle...lol...either that or I'll eat my way into next week!! Loads of water and some exercise to get me back on track hopefully ...
Did you make the tikka masala the other night? I tried it last week and it turned out terrible, was too hot to even eat and ended up binning it.... gonna try it again tho cos I definitely did something wrong.... my friend made it too and hers was fab
