Here_i_go_again..........yet again!!

Off to pick up the chimp from school and perfect weather for a few hours on the beach :) I'm loving this move already :0)
 
I haven't even cooked it yet as just got in lol. Really need the motivation to do it otherwise I'll be eating a bowl of cold chicken left over from last night lol
 
OK i'll doooooooooooooooooooo it already ;) I bought all the stuff in, just need to get off my fat a*s haha. Will let you know what I think :0)
 
It's on the go now. I put chilli powder in as didn't have flakes but am sure it'll taste just as good as yours x

Thursday 5th Sept - GREEN

B: Fruit n Fibre (hexb) and skimmed milk (hexa)
L: 3 boiled eggs, lettuce, cucumber, pepper, spring onion, light choices salad cream (2)
D: Cheese broccoli bake, cheese (hexa & 2)

S: Grapes, banana, strawberries, fat free greek yoghurt (?)

Friday 6th Sept - RED

B: 2 nimble toast (hexb), flora extra light (3), two poached eggs
L: 2 nimble bread, ham, sweet pickle (2)
D: Chicken curry (wish me luck!)

S: Tea with skimmed milk (hexa)

Will update later once I've made the curry.

Raining today and have no motivation. I need to finish painting the hallway, clear out a cupboard and move all the stuff upstairs and do the ironing. What are the odds I do none of it lol
 
SW chicken tikka masala tonight. I've had a few bacardis just incase it's minging lol
 
Evening all,

Well that's a 5lb loss for me on the first week. That included 3 green days which probably isn't a good idea with my PCOS and the metformin so am very happy. Going to do red every day this week and see how I get on :)
 
I just want to eat cake and chocolate today........oh and ice cream would be nice too. I've already had a donut :(
 
Know the feeling.... having a tough few days myself... this is my 4th week and the hardest to resist temptation so far!! I'm getting weighed tomorrow and don't think i'll have lost anything :( but not giving up the fight just yet!! Tonight I'm gonna sit down and make up my plan for Thursday morning onwards and get right back on the saddle...lol...either that or I'll eat my way into next week!! Loads of water and some exercise to get me back on track hopefully :) ...

Did you make the tikka masala the other night? I tried it last week and it turned out terrible, was too hot to even eat and ended up binning it.... gonna try it again tho cos I definitely did something wrong.... my friend made it too and hers was fab :)

Love reading your food diary and seeing how you're going, great first week loss!

Wanted to update you on my first week.... I lost 9lbs!!!!!! I'm now 9st 13lbs and could cry :)

9st 10lbs was the lightest I've been since my 2 kids so I'm hoping 1 more week and ill be even lighter than that!! Aiming for a 4lb loss this week :)
