That's such a nice thing to say Trango, thank you. But being a cynical old retiree, I think they just want free holidays!At least you have a few days to concentrate hun and are never lonely, must be a sign of being a lovely person if you have people wanting to visit you x
Thanks Chica - I've rationalised it better now after thinking about it all day.Bev I luuurrrve your moggies Candy & Floss! They're very CND in that position!! And they look like they're in total bliss!!! Well done on your loss this week! You can't look at it as a gain because in theory your result is what the change is from Monday to Monday as that's your WI day!! After all, our weight fluctuates lots over the course of a week so you could have had 100 tiny losses and gains during the week for all you know! It's the overall progress that counts!! So you have most certainly had a loss this week!! FACT!!
I'll let you off! Celebrations when reaching target are definitely allowed.OK, now onto me, I GAINED 3.5lb this week (NOT to be updated in results as I have already completed challenge so you have to let me off this one!!!!!) I totally expected this fate as I had already decided that as soon as I reached Target I would have a week off-plan to let my hair down, have a break from writing a food diary, celebrate with some meals out with friends and pretty much eat what I wanted to! And that's what I did leading up to the weekend! I've pulled it back since Friday as I've been working all weekend anyway and wanted to minimise the damage! So now I've got it out of my system I'm well and truly back in business, ready to correct the damage by next week and get back into target range!! I will then be ready to start chipping away and reach my new revised target!X

Well I feel that I've acheived what I set out to achieve on this one! So would defo be setting up a new one, but first I need to shift this 3.5lb I've gained this week!!! Would u like to join me in a new challenge that takes us up to Christmas? Starting as soon as this one ends? XxXxX
Can anyone please help me, I have tried the original plan and did quite well though I missed my pasta so this time I wouldf like to try the extra easy as that's all the sw mags and books seem to mention. Csn I follow this plan from beggining to end or is it like a treat you can do once a week? Thanks
