after all the well wishers to heather and others I am disappointed to report a 2lb gain 
, I'm putting it down to the fact I haven't been eating nearly as much as I should since having my wisdom tooth out on mon.
still onwards and downwards.

Chuffed for you that you've gone for that last 1/2 stone and ignore all the people who tell you not to!! Fair enough if you had an obvious problem and were becoming malnourished, but you're still aiming to be within a healthy range and I'm sure you look fabuloso!! (Where are YOUR photos?!! Gettem on 'ere!!) I am thinking of doing the same- going for an extra half stone! Now I'm at my original target it's an amazing accomplishment for me but I do feel that I could afford to lose another 7lb and besides, I'm not really satisfied yet!! It will also give me something new to focus on and put my mind to because at the moment maintaining is scaring me lol!X

Thanks MissBeee!! I've always loved shopping which was one of the reasons I was so unhappy being so overweight! It really got me down! The problem now is that I have rekindled my passion for clothes and it's dangerous especially as I can't really afford to be doing it!!! As for the socialising, I do have quite a good social life and what's nice now is that I really WANT to go out, wheras when I was unhappy with my weight I used to DREAD going, panicking about what I was going to wear as didn't feel good in anything, compared myself to the other younger/slim girls in work and made every excuse under the sun not to go! I'm not a fan of going into town and nightclubs (believe it or not I don't actually drink!) but I do love a good social occasion!! You will get that feeling back again before you know it- it's really liberating actually!!X

Sorry to hear that Kerry!! You've done so well so far so don't see it as a setback, just one of those things that happens from time to time that will be corrected soon enough! And isn't it funny how not eating enough or being under the weather can prohibit losses!! Hope your wisdom tooth pain is alleviating now- dental stuff is yucky!!! XXXX

Well, a sts for me which in the scheme of things is fair enough. There was too much going on last weekend, which meant 3 days off plan, though not in a totally wild way lol. It was enough though.
Off to inlaws again for the weekend and don't hold out too much hope of being 100%. I've got 52 syns in hand but a family "do" on Sunday. Just hope I can pull it back Monday to Thursday next week. That's why weigh-in's on a Friday and syns run Monday-Sunday
