Go and have yourself a long hot bath, with some candles, and you'll soon find yourself too tired to be bothering about food.

Went swimming today - (no after effects of last nights curry you'll be pleased to hear!) We were there for about an hour and a half, we didn't swim for all of the time, but even messing around, playing in the deep end, you still keep treading water and pushing your friends up and down the pool only by their feet, whilst they are on their backs, really really does make your thighs burn!! We've got a bit of work to do on our sycnronised swimming for 2012, but I think we'll win gold for making the lifeguards Saturday afternoons pass with laughter!! Good times!

Thanks girls what would i do without you!! had a shower already so sitting infront of the coal fire and relaxing!!

Glad your swimming went well and there was no side effects, i'm not looking forward to mine after what i ate today!! I stayed in my daily allowance for calories and fat, but what i had was alot more than 5g fat per 100g!! But like you say done now, so not going to think of it any more!!
 
Rach, have a look at the photo of the test tubes with sat fats in the thread that I've put up this evening - that'll stop you craving chocolate next time!!

Yeah a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon every day is very good for weight loss... :) You could put it in anything...your coffee..on top of your cereal..Whatever you'd like.

Yuup. :) I've read the articles..Also if you add chilli to your breakfast..it's suppose to be good...umm, drink loads of green tea..and tennel tea..and grapefruit juice...and...umm..there's loads of things. I read this hole article on it all..been trying to add things in. :) Hehe

Sal, is it possible to pig out on rice cakes?!! Surely a whole packet of those would be extra low in calories!! :D:D
 
Me neither! I can just about cope with some of the snack a jack things, only the small ones, the bigger ones and the normal rice cakes are just to dry for me!
