Hey

I like the caramel ones too, but the S&V ones make me go all squeamish! They're too vinegary for me! Not tried putting banana on them though!

I like the caramel ones :)

well yes they are very good on the cals and fat so a good pig out snack but they just get too addictive lol lol it was the caramel one so dont find they too dry. will have to try the banana thing next time.

had my tea tonight well watching a film and got my head stuck in it and forgot to take my tablet with my tea :( not good that

Eek - broke the diet last night, and had three custard creams!! I'm not berating myself over it though, as it was a necessity that I had them - I gave blood!

If I've had got myself organised I could have taken something more diet friendly, and also a book to relieve me of the boredom of waiting to be attacked by Mrs Dracula!

dont beat yourself up hun. least it wasnt a whole packet. thats the way i would look at it. plus you had done a good dead so deserved to be rewarded :D

Don't beat yourself up .......after giving blood they always get you to eat biscuits to heighten your blood sugars again......it was only 3.......you ate my one lol

:):)

Aye, I knew it was coming, just a bit miffed that I wasn't organised enough to take my own! Still, I think I chose wisely getting the custard creams instead of a packet of Walkers Salt & Vinegar crisps that was being paraded in front of me by a very well meaning male nurse! Oh my life, that took some willpower!!

You could of done a lot worse passiflora, and its very important to have something like that to eat after giving blood. You did a big thing so its nice to have a little treat!!

Morning (just!) all!

Sal, I had the Anthony Worral Thompson's version of the George Foreman, and it had removal plates - I would definitely recommend getting one with removable plates, it makes cleaning them so much easier!! Also have a look at the Halogen cookers - we have one of those, and I use it every day! I find that the marianted chicken that I cook in there is lovely and juicy, and the mariande doesn't stick to the plates as it sometimes does on the george/anthony grill thing. Things cook a lot quicker too!

There are so many gadgets out there, it's just so confusing!!

Popped along to the docs this morning and I've lost 6lbs. Very pleased with that as it covers the major blip I had the other weekend! Not quite the 7lb that I was hoping for for the ball on Saturday (which I've now cancelled, so I'm setting another target for the end of Feb on that thread!)

Unfortunately, there is no counselling service that they can refer me to, so when I've finished the course with the doctors referral, I'm going to go back to WW with my mum and get the support from there, our leader is lovely, and she's been keeping in contact with me whilst I'm not been going - will just have to learn the new system and keep it balances with the Xenical rules! That'll keep me busy!!

WAHOOOOOOOOOOO well done Passiflora thats fantastic :):)

Thanks booboo!! I'm starting to feel a lot better now, and I'm also getting a few comments too and my shape changing, and they really help me along!!

Just quickly going back to the lack of counselling, the nurse suggested going on line, so I told her "oh I already do that, and the people on this site are amazing, so supportive and generally keep me going on the diet" so....

THANK YOU ALL!!

Your welcome Passiflora ...I find this site so helpful too.....I find sometimes its better talking to people with the same problem is better as like on here we can encourage and give ideas ect

Thankyou for been you :):)
