How's everyone doing, I had 24hr semi off plan was planned and controlled no bingeing. and my stomach did not thank me for it but it's been good as the things I was starting to think I missed I didn't even enjoy that much anymore.
Got no trouble being back on it today.

We are now near to ending week 1 of the 28lb challenge, msg me your stats and we will count down from 28lbs
 
Hi stayed the same this week which is fine as i had a few more cocktails than i had planned for on sat night,and as a result felt really bad yesterday so had some pizza and full fat cola to cure my hangover. Straight back on it today bought a slow cooker so going to make stew for dinner tomorrow how is everyone else getting on xx

I had 24hrs off plan (intentionally) though I was still quite controlled. I didnt eat all 24hrs lol Straight back on it yesterday wi is Friday so we will see.
 
I know full fat cola is such a big treat am sure if your day off was controlled and you didnt go overboard (like i did) you will be fine at wi xx
 
Think i will keep my syns to the minimum i have to have a curly wurly every other day it stops me going crazy lol but thats the only thing i think i will have how about you? xx
 
I've not had any syns not planned any til my new week which is Friday. But don't want to get to Friday starved of them n go mad. Might go for 5 a day or every other day.
I've planned a few red days this week try mix it up a little.
 
oh have heard red days are really good for weight lose not tried them myself i love pasta wat too much
