That is really good, your will power must be very strong! I think that is one of my biggest problems, I get tempted too easily. I'm hoping that this time I can be more focused and stronger. We are going to Belgium for a few days on 14/4 - I'm hoping plenty of walking will counteract any bad food choices. I don't want to go away this time and think I've blown it and then quit.
 
Even if you relax have a good time just get straight back on it. Ull be fine. Not sure I've got will power just a dark cloud worrying me that I'll of wasted alot of money n it'll be very stressful holiday if I'm not lighter it's more than enough for me not to care about eating deep dried batter. But I love seeing scales go down, I'm never hungry and I enjoy the food
 
That's true, the thought of the holiday is good motivation. My hubby has promised me a Thomas Soba bracelet if I lose 2 stone lol I'm not sure he's convinced he will have to shell out tho!

i have 1.5 stone to lose by the end of June so my first target is to get down to 11stone by the end of April. I weigh at home on a Thursday morning.

Hi welcome, our targets are simillar i want to lose 1.5, 2stone by end of June too. Good luck for your wi on Thursday xx
 
Yay I lost a 1lb (I did a sneaky wi) I'm changing my official wi to Fridays now. So my next 3 small targets are:-

-9 ounces to get into the single figures of 13st x pounds
-get into the 180's (lb's weight stats) 2.8lb to go there
-and 5lb to go until I'm at my lightest in 4 years.


What's everyone else's 3 short term targets? X
I break my targets down into 7lbs so got 5lb left to go
6lb to get into 200lb mark
and my biggest target at the moment is to lose 1.5 to 2 stone by end of June
Ilike your idea of putting the £5 away for new smaller sized clothes think i may start doing that,my sis has two jars one with little pebbles in it and every time she loses a lb she takes one out and puts it in another jar.
 
2.3lb a week starting today for 2stone loss
I'll join you with this goal give me a good push before my holiday shopping end of June.

Hi the more ppl joining in the better it will be we can all support each other in our time of need and celebrate with each other when we reach our target xx
 
Hi everyone, anyone had any wi 's last few days?

I forgot to weigh yesterday so waiting until next Thur to hopefully see a good loss for the 2 weeks. Feeling motivated at the moment which is good :)
