Hello!

Thanks, feeling a lot better today, so I must be fighting it off!

I think it's only the cheesy pasta n sauces that are synned, I can only eat the tomato one and I'm sure that it's free!

I got the idea of marmite potatoes from the recipe forum where some people were stirring marmite onto partially boiled potatoes before baking them in the oven. I poured some water in with the marmite and poured it over my potatoes before baking them. Turned out really yummy!

It's more like a paste. It tastes um...marmitey lol :D but you can change it to suit your tastes. I use quite a lot because I'm addicted to the stuff!

I have a housewarming party to go to tomorrow. It's pie, booze and karaoke. Think I'll skip on the booze, have a pie and sing my little heart out. Total Eclipse of the Heart F...T...W!!

Hope you have fun at the party huni!!! You can go wrong with a good old bit of Karaoke!!

Diaries looking good as usual, i just ate a clementine, it was really sour and horrid, i hope yours were better!!!

Yo! Only just found you. (Thanks for the link, Pesty.)

I'm going to have to do mushy pea curry, and marmite potatoes.

But at Morrisons this morning they only had the minted (and sweetened) mushy peas. So I'll have to turn "hunter-gatherer" and forage for some.

Thanks for the ideas!

Lol, Pesty, mine were very delicious. I've been eating loads of them recently!

Nice to see you here Jimface! The mushy pea curry is the best idea ever. Craving some now...lol

So I thought I would update with the last few days events. I had a super positive shopping trip yesterday. It was the first time I tried clothes on and actually didn't want to close my eyes or cry when I saw my reflection in the mirror. I kind of looked okay!

I got myself a lovely dress from River Island. Well the site says tunic, I say DRESS:

navy tunic - blouses / shirts - tops - women - River Island

I've not willingly bought a dress ever. I very rarely wear them but I really loved this one. I wore it to the housewarming party!

It turned out that karaoke wasn't happening at the pub last night. It was the first time I'd met my mates boyfriend's friends...and I wasn't particularly impressed with them. They were so disrespectful to my friend and her flat that I drank far too much to get through the evening. So..lots of superfree until Tuesday I think! I also ate pie, it was good pie.

Today I have been pretty good, considering I'm hungover and have a cold. I haven't eaten the entire house yet!

Breakfast - clementines

Lunch - Rice pouch from the health food shop. Basically brown rice stuffed in vegan omelette (tofu), topped with seaweed and carrot. No idea of syns but it was the best choice for me in central London

Dinner - SOUP! (onion, leek, garlic, carrot, butternut squash, broccoli, tomatoes, pepper, celery, lentils, stock, maggi, chilli powder whichihavejustrubbedinmyeye. It's still bubbling away, can't wait!

Also forgot to mention that I got into size 14 jeans. WIN! Not been this size since...well...I can't even remember it's been that long.

Oh and I had my healthy As and Bs today, soy milk and brown bread!

hahaha thanks! You're right, the dress just isn't as good. I need to get a bottle to go with my one-sie though...and maybe a bib :D

UGHHHHHH I hate being poorly. On the up side it's a great excuse to eat loads of foooods.

Breakfast - Linda sausage (4 syns) sandwich (B) with a wee bit of ketchup (1 syn)

Snacks - 1 choccy (2 syns) and clementines

Lunch - Asda pasta n sauce thing with some marmite chips

Dinner - Will be leftover vegetable soup with more bread (B)

Drinks - Lots of tea with soy milk (A) and diet pop

Hey huni,

The dress is stunning!!! I LOVE IT!! Im so glad your shopping trip was a success and WHOOP WHOOP for the size 14 jeans!!

Sorry about the karaoke and disrespectful people, still at least the pie was good!!

Hey JoT!! Glad you found it!!

Nice to see you here CD :D

Thanks Pesty, I love the dress, tempted to put a clothes wash on today so it'll be nice and clean for me to wear it again at the weekend!

Yesterday went okay. I had 3 films to watch at the London Film Festival and I didn't eat too much crap. I was going as low syn as possible since I have no idea how many syns I have left.

Breakfast - didn't happen!

Lunch - savoury rice and 2 lindas (4 syns)

Dinner - Went to my friends for dinner. She did us pesto pasta with basil, garlic, walnuts, a wee bit of olive oil and of course pasta. Saved both my B extras for the oil and walnuts. I also had 2 small slices of crusty baguette  I know it's high syn but WHATEVER, I really wanted some and I'm ill so it's okay :D

Drinks - water and squash

I had a sneaky peak on the scales today and it's saying I've lost 3lb. So HOPEFULLY this will be the case at WI tonight and I will finally be in the 13s. If I don't get in the 13s I'm still happy because I have my dress and my size 14 jeans to console me.

The hard part of today is going to be doing the food shop on an empty stomach. I know I should eat before WI but I never have and probably never will until I'm at target! I also have to bake a cakey treat tonight and it's not going to be SW friendly. My lovely vegan mates have invited me over for food tomorrow and I said I would bring baked treats. It's super hard trying to make vegan and SW friendly cakes so I've decided to do something delicious, have a tiny tiny piece and then forget about it. I've had cupcakes and good losses all in one week before so I'm sure this won't give me any problems.

Now all I need to figure out is whether I do banana split chocolate brownie puddings or something else? :D

Thanks! 4.5lb loss! SO HAPPY!

Oh and Jim...
