I've got cats too boggins and they scratch the funiture. May get one of those feliway things to calm them down?

How does it work with foster cats? Do they stay until some adopts them?

Morning all! Yes he is a border terrier, he's only just over one so still full of silly beans! He and the cat love each other and play hide and seek in the garden.

I don't ache too much......either I didn't work hard enough, ha, or I'm getting fitter, possible.

Jim they are 2.2 carbs and I'm calling them legal in my book

Off out for a run/walk with the boy and then make a cake and then spin tonight again.
