I know that feeling. We are going to the vet for the boys booster tomorrow, then off to look at premises for a new business venture in the afternoon.

I am addicted to chicken wings, gonn agave them for dinner tonight, they are my Friday staple!

Oh and I decided to weigh in today.....sts so really quite chuffed about that as its it been a great week!

Yummy yum! Really need to get shopping in as I ended up eating a heap of chocolate today that the oh had in. bad me

Oh and he has pissed me off something chronic before heading off to bed! Arse! Started on at me, saying that I've really been off plan, eating bread and chocolate and how I've been working so hard but nothing is shifting! How he knew cutting out a food group wouldnt last and thats why he didnt want to do it! Wtf?!? I've been doing this for 2 months and lost a stone, been exercising regularly for over a year now and I'm the only one that walks the dog! Told him I'm allowed a week off if I wanted and he could bite me. I'm not one to be nasty and point out that he should be shifting his backside instead of eating crap all day everyday and not doing any exercise!

Grrr I'm so bloody angry! He just doesn't think before he speaks sometimes!

Di I made the crackers, yes. Super easy too but I have figured they really need rolled out thin and then baked till brown, they taste best then! Nutty

Oh my, had such a very busy day.

Took the boy to the vet and 'he is a strapping handsome lad' asked all the questions we wanted to and when we could use him for stud and he is ready to go! Woo hoo! Now just to find him a lady

We took him for a run in the woods, then went to meet the guy about the premises and spent an age with him, it's all looking good.
Popped into b&q for a couple things and then home.....I am shattered now!

If the weather is good tomorrow I'll be outside storing the veg patch.

Flaxseed is simple chic, I just grind up however much flaxseed, a wee pinch salt and then just a wee bit of water at a time to make it bind. Now you could add garlic granules or dried herbs or even cinnamon and sweetener if you wanted?
Then plop it onto a sheet of baking paper, top with another sheet and roll out, ti about the thickness of a penny. then take of top sheet and bake @ 180 for 15-20 min. You'll know when it's crisp and brown, allow to cool and then cut up.

I have my cakes I run from home, the premises are for an new venture. Motor home hire! Very excited, OH has his own business already but really fancies a change so we are going to give this a go

Youre so right, lovely or nippy! But he is always very good an realising he has been a fool, we agreed that it's time he started walking WI me and the dog after work again, he loved the walking we did last year.

Oh and the flaxseed is just something I made up and tried, they are so morish! Mmmmm
