Banana shake, veg soup, and lovely vanilla.
Water three litres.
Visits to the loo? Lost count!
Not as easy as yesterday and freezing cold already but a warm bath helps.
Now to avoid TV food programmes and ads, it might have to be the radio.
You can eat an elephant if you do it a bit at a time - so you can lose a stone or more if you do it a day at a time too!
