H O N K. DAY 4 of 28 done. Feeling much better today despite wakeful night. Not hungry anymore, lots of water, lots of loo trips, feeling thinner already.
The cleaning urge is upon me too, lots of clean cupboards, beds changed, sheets washed and ironed. Thinking of doing cushion covers but family telling me to sit down.
Swimming - usual 40 lengths - wow feeling great.
