how do you lose 2 thirds of your self?

*HUGE EYES* spaniel spaniel spaniel wannit! lol

Sorry I wanted to say well done on your loss for this week first thing but I couldn't help being excited about the spaniel pup - tis the breed I want :D

Your GOB file sounds like an excellent idea, I think minimins would be on top of my list too :)

I can totally understand the whole 'I'll be happy with a 1lb loss-not really' feeling, you've dropped a huge amount in quite a short space of time but it's bound to dip here and there while your body adjusts. I reckon you know this already really ;)

You seem to have accepted it quite graciously - I'd probably be having a sulk for at least three days if not the whole of the next week lol

graciously oh lo you wouldn't have said that if you had seen me slamming around my kitchen :8855:
It went along the lines of
A ib, 1 bloody lb 20 mins of zumba every day for 1 bloody lb !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad:

took me an hour to calm down:D and comment :8855:
weighed my self 4 times and got a differant weight every time ranging from 2 on and 6 off !!!!!!! think the scales need a new battery. Did tell hubby that i thought they just guessed my weight when i stood on them :8855:

hmmmm i have just had a lovely lunch, cooked at lunch time today cos hubby is on a late shift. :D

we have had sausage chips and beans !!!!
sounds really naughty doesn't it
The fact that it wasn't is what makes me love this diet so much :bliss:

i have had low fat sausage (4 syns) actifry chips, and baked beans padded out with mushrooms and onions for 1/3 super free .
It was yummy sausage, chips and beans for 4 syns

Mandy - you need to be buying Joes Sausages. You can buy them in St Helens Market and there's a place in Liverpool that I go to...

Syn free sausages and they're delicious! Loads of different flavours!

Does slamming about count as body magic? I think so, hopefully you will have burned another lb or so off...just remember too hun, when you first start exercising your body will hold more water, god knows why, maybe cos you scare it lol but I had the same thing happen and just about everyone I know did, small loss or even a gain after having really good weeks, but it will pick up again...we had a lady at group who was constantly losing 3+ lbs a week, then one week only lost 2lb and convinced herself it was the slippery slope, so what did she do, she went and proved it was and had an almighty blow out, gained 5lb in 1 week and was going to give it all up...My daughter and I spoke to her told her she couldn't expect to maintain that constant loss, it's not realistic, although she may well have that most of the time.
Like I said she came in last week and gained 5lb was never coming back, she went home thought about what we said, bought us a beautiful thank you card and said she realised she was being a silly moo and promptly lost 8lb this week lol...moral of the true story, every loss is a great loss, slam and bang about when you've done all that and gained 1 lb ...you said you wanted me to be your C...that would be what I'd say to you and then I'd :hug99: you lol xx

Well... a little bit of a tantrum is justifiable :giggle:

no, real interesting museing today nothing exciting happened and now i am having rugby inflicted on me again :sigh:

Teen trying to banish me to my room cos apparently i am a jinx and keep asking stupid questions.
oh now i can stay so he can commentate it to me ohhh joy.
on the plus side there are some very nice legs and thighs on show:eek::D

ok less of that todays food diary

B banana (was really busy first thing and it was quite late when i got round to it)

L sausage (4syns) actifry chips, beans and mushrooms

T speedy omelette containing mush, onions, tomatoes, courgette cheese (hexa) and ham with mixed lettace and frozen yog

S cherries, mango fingers

just realised while writing it down haven't had hexb not hungry now so may have one later

If you keep missing the hexb a lot could you try having your fruit with some cereal? I really enjoyed mango with ready brek the other day and it'd be nice in the evening - you could just syn the milk as you don't need to use much or do just water or half-n-half if you've already used your a choice :)

Hope you have a lovely weekend - or will sport be plagueing you then too? lol

:chores016::chores016::bliss::bliss:

ok i know this is pathetic in the grand scheme of things but i just managed to go out with hubby to walk the dog !!!!!!!
first time in nearly 3 months i have been able to bring myself to walk around the housing estate :D

Ok it was 10.30 at night and very quiet but i still did it 15 mins walking at pace enougth to keep me breathless.
libby kept turning round to see if i was really with them bless her. every time she stopped i overtook and she practically ran to get back in front

sad i know but it was a big step for me :talk017:

Aww well done hun. And awwww bless little Libby lol

Do you think it's something you can build on helping you get outside more? Good for you and good for the dog :)

I'd join you in the treadmilling but don't have one - I've got a exercise bike/step machine thing but can't use that yet, weight limit was between 17st and 18st I think, long way to go yet  I'll just do the school walking instead for now - I keep leaving the house at the last minute so I have to make sure I walk at breathless pace to get there before the school bell goes. Who says poor timekeeping can't have it's benefits? :8855:

ok trying red today, again not done one before so think i have done it right.

sunday so always have brunch not breakfast :)

B lean bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms scrambled eggs. slice wholemeal toast (hexb)

T chicken breast (hexb) roast bns, carrot and swede mash, cabbage gravy (2 syns)

S yog, bluberries, mango and pear

will play other syns by ear as day goes on need to put a hex a in some where probably use dairylea light on my toast which will cover part of it :)

so does this sound ok
also back to doing 2 lts min, of nas a day
did tail off on that last week a bit

sure i will ramble on through out the day.
watching the great north run at the mo nearest i will get to it :8855::8855::8855:

Hi Mandy,
Wish I had room for a treadmill, I love walking but my back's not ready to allow me to do that just yet, so a treadmill would be ideal, am wondering if I can move something and maybe slot it in lol...am envious of people with large enough houses to fit the exercise equipment into ..love my little palace just wish it was a teeny bit bigger lol
Your menu looks good (will ignore the deliberate mistake lol)
Hope you're having a great day sweetie xx

ok spotted the first mistake my self, its a red day so don't need to count the chicken as a hexb !!!!:d'oh:

i am sooooooooooooooo good at this :8855::8855::8855::8855::8855::8855::8855:

Hey you spotted it yourself so that's a good thing!

But make sure you replace the fake hexb with a real one. I know you struggle with the 2 hexas but you should definitely try and use the 2 hexbs at least :)

Try some more toast with peanut butter it's nommy, 'specially with banana :D

I was thinking of buying this dvd from amazon Biggest Loser: Power Walk DVD Region 1 US Import NTSC: Amazon.co.uk: Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels, Ajay Rochester, Michelle Bridges, Shannan Ponton, Hayley Lewis, Adrien Brooke, Alex Katz, Amanda Scott, Dave Broome, Mark Koops, Marla Roberts, Matt We

So you don't need the treadmill to do walking in the house :)

It's an american dvd though so you'd need a multi-region player or certain pc software heh. There's more info about it on us amazon Amazon.com: The Biggest Loser: Power Walk: Bob Harper, Ajay Rochester, Michelle Bridges, Shannan Ponton, Hayley Lewis, Adrien Brooke, Alex Katz, Amanda Scott, Dave Broome, Mark Koops, Marla Roberts, Matt Westmore, Tom Herschko, Squeen Holzen: Movies

Oh thanks for that Lo, I will definitely be looking at that one and I have a multi regional DVD so no worries there xx
