how do you lose 2 thirds of your self?

Just seen this diary and I think this might be my favourite so far!

*waves*
hello sassia and welcome:welcome: i tend to use this diary to express my feelings so what you see is what you get, prob seems a bit depressing at the mo but it will definetly start lightening up:character00238:

decided this morning that it should be called how do you lose 2/3 of your self to find the 1/3 that is the real you.! hopefully i am on the way to doing so :)
pop in any time have a chat everybody is welcome xx

Oof, my mouth is seriously salivating at the mention of hot and sour soup... my favourite have-to-have-it-every-time-with-chinese, it's been so long! lol

V.proud of you getting the panicking under control, and the food diary is looking pretty good considering the stress you're under :)

Have you had a chance to shake your stuff to zumba much? x

not done much zumba this week at all so will be rectifying that this weekend used the tredmill a couple of times thougth :)

decided that all the shaking i have done this week must surely count as body magic:8855:

:bighug: just checking in to see how you got on today sweetie. Hope all went well :bighug:

I am also holding my hands up I have still not got on the treadmill but I will xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
thank you jackie it did surprisingly:)

not been on the tredmill as much as i would like to have been, but will get back to it tomorrow:D:eek: i think

hi sweetie :bighug: glad the counselling went well :D

I still have not been on the treadmill and no bodymagic other than hoovering dusting and cleaning the stairs for someone who didn't turn up

I shall try to get on the treadmill later or tomorrow really really must

Really hope your Mum is okay :hug99: and thought you were very very brave yesterday xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Glad the counselling went well honey, I do hope it helps you as much as it did me :fingerscrossed:
You're poor Mum and how brave were you, really really proud of you, I know you will do this, you're a fighter honey you can see that in your diary xx
Hot and Sour soup is to die for and especially when I have a cold, there is no medication on the planet that can help a cold like Hot and Sour soup can and so very worth the 5 syns ...might even treat myself to a bowl full after wi on Tuesday night if I hit my target lol.
hope you're Mum gets well soon and I am cheering here for your bravery, I can imagine how hard it is for you, :girlpower: :winner:...you're amazing xxxxxx
thank you lily, it wasn't really brave you should have seen me  but it was more important to look after my mum.
she has come home today but we have to take her back every day so she can have her antibiotics. Gradually getting calmer each time i go:)

Now hot and sour soup:worthy:!!!!!
was soooooooooooo pleased it was 5 syns cos i think it is the ultimate comfort food :D much better when kept as a treat x

I have had such a laugh today:8855::8855:
at my work place of all places, two of my workmates decided to laugth me out of my shakes :D
They certainly did it too:D
A few weeks ago i didn't think i would laugh that much again, think i need to bottle them:eek::D:eek::D

Really tierd today, think i have used a lot of emotional energy over the last 3 days but i see that light at the end of my tunnel. It will take me a long time to loss this weight but i know that i will do it. i am going to complete my counselling and return to work and start over afresh xxxx

Hi sweetie, firstly the very fact that you even stepped out of the house in my opinion makes you brave...and to go to the place you work, even if you were like jelly, you still made it there, that's a whole lot more than I would have done, so WTG you xxx
Glad you're mum's home and making a good recovery x
Fantastic news that you had a really good laugh in your work setting of all places ...fabulous news.
See now I had to have hot and sour soup today...I couldn't get it out of my head...but I was really good we had 2 pots between me, Mal and the 3 grandkids ...so only 2 syns each just a nice little taster each....plus another 8.5 syns for the rest of the chinese...well within my syns...but other than the soup I hated it, it seemed so greasy, bet I pay for this tomorrow lol xxx

not done much zumba this week at all so will be rectifying that this weekend used the tredmill a couple of times thougth :)

Me too I've only had two goes of the game since I bought it - I end up dragging my feet about the place as can't move as fast as they do, grr

decided that all the shaking i have done this week must surely count as body magic:8855:

Aww bless you :bighug: lol

well birthday tea survived, the way to do it is just cook it all your self with a slimming world alternative for every thing:D Also buy a birthday cake that is already portioned with the calories per portion listed so you know how many syns it has exactly:p
then sit and laugh when the rest of the family eat the slimming world bits first :8855:
my sister has come to visit my mum, so pleasent afternoon spent with the family.
my sister just spent the afternoon calling me the family fruit loop all in very good humour thougth:D
She is doing slimming world as well started 4 weeks ago and has lost 4lb.
i cooked tea and she kept saying is that free, but how can you eat that if your dieting .we decided she probably isn't eating enougth cos she doesn't see how she can lose weight eating so much:D:D
pointed her in the direction of minimins

anyway todays food diary

L mug shot with extra mushrooms, cherries

T chicken, sw quiche with pepper mushrooms onions and courgettes,
actifried wedges, large green salad.

Ooh will she be coming on to spy on you? :giggle:

Glad you had a lovely day with no damage done by a birthday meal :)

Well done for getting through the day the SW way, isn't it always the way with the cake though, you have it thinking you can be naughty for a small amount of syns and it gets ruined by the fact the cake is nver nice lol...oh well.
Wish my sister would sit up and take advice about losing weight, but she won't, I fear she'll pop, she's being really stubborn and looks terrible, but she's a grown woman, well physically anyway, and I guess she can make up her own mind, but I wish she'd stop being pathetic about it (long story and boring)..oh well.
Well done again hun xxxxxxxxxxx

I'm worried in the same way about my parents!! :-(
My mum 'joined in' at home for 2 wk and I cooked or told her what to have, we shopped together etc...she lost 10lbs in 2 weeks!! Then I visited and saw a huge box of thorntons chocs...she never even asked about it again! :-(
Its so hard cos I don't want to be rude to her...but her health is in danger (as is my dads!) :-( x

Think my dad is the same with both dieting and smoking. He keeps saying he'll quit and then the next time I see him (which is usually at least once a week) he'll still be puffing away.

He doesn't need to lose a huge amount of weight but a couple of stones won't hurt as he's got the man-belly thing going on. He's quite scornful about things like frylight or if I pull a face about using cream in cooking - he'll go a bit won't harm you and I'll be like it's not a bit if you're doing that EVERY day :sigh:

I reckon Jackie is right, if they're adults they have to choose to do it for themselves. All we can do is lead by example, drop hints that we're feeling much healthier and happier for it, and hope for the best x

How weird is that, when I visited my brother yesterday he was putting cream in his coffee and when I screwed my face up he said, I'm following a different diet, I said that's funny cos I'm not dieting I am eating sensibly...but he's another one that buries his head in the sand but always moans about being over weight..all be it not excessively in his case, but as has been said before he's a grown man and if he won't listen then it's up to him, if he's happy with his paunch then so be it lol xx

Famlies who would have them eh:eek::D
I know from my real life job that you can't help people unless they want to be helped.
Until they make the decision to change or except they need to then they won't.
I have always been the biggest member of my family but can concieve a situation in the future when that is not the case cos i am the only one who is taking this seriously.
Think i motivated my sister by telling her this :D
Yesterday was interesting cos for the first time ever i had all the will power and stayed 100% on plan :D:D:D
Quieter day today, final visit to work with mum, the community nurses are doing her iv's from tomorrow. Still have to go twice next week for appointments of my own though:eek::eek:
The campaign to make me go out every day is gathering momentum i am sure !!!
hoping for a day off tomorrow so i can catch up on my housework:rolleyes:
hope everybody had a good weekend xx
