How many points a day?

Thanks everyone, you have been so helpful! I have been having eggs for breakfast but if that works out as 4 -5 points, I could have 4 of those bars for that! Although that might be a bit excessive!

What is the value app? I've looked it up but can't work out which one you mean

Marie- no, it's not the LL friend, she is still obsessing over the packs. It is watching her struggling which has put me off s&s more. I know i could lose the weight but i want to keep it off. This is another friend who is always on a diet too. I'm hoping we will keep each other going.

I keep thinking I want to lose weight for Christmas but I'm a childminder so we don't actually get Christmas parties or anything so I don't really have anything to aim for! I just don't want to be 2 stone heavier in January!

Starting tomorrow but we have half a cheesecake in the fridge. Going to take all my willpower to not have any. My hubby will be happy to finish it off though.

Tbh it's pretty much Fake WW Online!

Be careful on Multiples, 1 Bar might be 1pp but you might find 2 Bars is 3pp, 3 Bars is 5pp etc etc!

What Flavour is the Cheesecake? Willpower is a Go Go Go! X

I'm the same. At work we usually have a lunch instead of a night out. So it's not as if I have night out as such to aim for.
I'm sure you and your friend will do great.

I think I'd be shovelling the Cheesecake in till the clock struck Midnight ;-) No wonder I was fat.....! X

The cheesecake is raspberry brûlée. Had some tonight and it was so good. Don't know weather to have some more tonight or if that's too greedy!

It really irritates me, in fact I'd go as far as to say infuriates me! Although it stops me eating Multiples as I hate wasting PP so it's only ever one Jaffa Cake or one Maryland! Your Cheesecake sounds AMAZING! You should calculate the PP for us current WWers to be very jealous! X

I ate it! And it was good. I don't even want to know how many pp it was. About 5000 I reckon! I do feel slightly sick now though.....

Finishing off my glass of wine then I will be saintly tomorrow, I hope. As long as I don't have a hangover. Hehe

Going to have an Alpen light (or 2) for breakfast, red pepper and butternut squash soup for lunch. Then turkey chilli in the evening. Fruit for snacks in the day. I need to get back on the exercise bike too. All sounds good actually

I'm definately going to do packs here and there. Think they will be good for undoing severe naughtiness - holidays etc. Or just for a boost here and there. I know that's not really how there supposed to be used but too tempting not too. I've weeks left of them left. I actually toyed with doing a week a month. The things that go through my head x
 
I thought the same thing actually. I don't think I'd use them for a meal here or there, as I'd much rather have some soup or protein and veg to make up the calories, but maybe use for a week if u start to lose motivation. Just not sure how it would work the week after packs? Would I put on weight then have to lose it again, making the whole thing pointless? Might have to experiment.
 
Hmmm, not sure. I've been off plan since wed and yesterday and today have been eating like I'm never going to see food again. So il let you know how much I've gained tomorrow. Tho I think if you went straight back on ww it would be ok. Looking at the Judd diarys the people who went from VLCD to Judd either sts or had a small loss x

Thanks serena! I'm glad I got all the naughty stuff out of the house over the weekend. Mt little baby boy had quite a bad night to I'm very tired today. I know I'm going to find it hard not to snack for energy, but if all I've got is fruit, all I can have is fruit!

I was 17.3 this morning. So gained 4.2. Was expecting more of a gain.
