How to lose half your body weight in 10 days (Or a bit longer!)

Haha. I am 100% not an 8. It was mum that got me to try it on. I saw the size and passed over it. Wearing it inside out sounds like a plan. Haha. Anju my bottom half is bigger than my top half too, and it took ages for my bottom half to shrink. Or at least it took ages for me to see it. But it did! Keep in there. I seem to drop a size every two stone rather than every one stone so I know it is really annoying to feel stuck.

Yeah, lots of things going on, I've been invited to another party but it is when I'm away thankfully! It is just so nice to be more than just nate's mum and the girl who has lost a lot of weight, because those are the two ways I'm introduced to people as. Either "oh, this is fran, nate's mum" or "oh, this is fran, you know the girl I told you about who has lost over 6 stone" so now I can be "fran, the new admin" too.

Can't decide between fruit and yogurt or Bacon butty for breakfast hmm....

You always make me smile Fran. I am nearly at the 4 stone so hopefully my bum will catch up with the weight losses soon. I have started hula hooping with a weighted hoop. TBH the hoop spends more time on the floor so I just keep pretending its where it should be and carry on!
I know what you mean about becoming "Fran" for so long I had felt like I was just mum, or a wife or a daughter, that I forgot how to be me. Going to SW and this forum has gone a long way to help me to become a person with a personality, rather than a title xxx

LOL Anju, I can only hula hoop on the wii! I can't do it in real life x

Ooh, good luck, hula hooping. I can't keep those things up at all! I really enjoyed tap, but it is finished until September. Going for a nice walk into town tomorrow. Nate seems keen :)

So glad you are finding yourself. I went from having a life, to working all the time to just being a mum, then a mum and someone who has lost weight, now people can see there is more to me it is lovely. At the moment I am "the new girl". But everyone is so nice, asking how I'm settling in and if I need anything. Gav (vicar) asked if I was going to the summer ball tomorrow night, when I said I couldn't afford to go he offered my ticket to be "sponsored" which is just so nice. They are £35 a pop, but I would need to sort transport, a babysitter and I have nothing that is suitable for a black tie ball that fits! But still, how nice?! He started calling me frannykins today. Lol, it didn't take long!

B: fruit and yogurt, then I was starving so had a blt AND a small j potato. Dinner was spag bol. I have had a muller light, necterine and a small homemade biscotti from the trainee vicar. I turned down all biscuits at toddlers. My waistline will not thank me at this job!

I think we should nick name you "Cinderella" you got a ticket to the ball and had no baby sitter, nothing to wear and no transportation! You need to find a fairy godmother xxx
have a good weekend. I am off shopping for the kids - both are away with school camps and overnight trips over the next week and need tons of kit. I will be suffering with an empty nest next week as hubbie is away a couple of days as well. Although I should indulge in some me time, I end up getting bored very quickly!

Ooh, sounds expensive Anju. Hopefully you can enjoy the peace and quiet. I did laugh at calling me cinders. I'm not too bothered at not going.

I am so proud of myself. Nate and I went to the beach yesterday, with lots of playing and we walked all the way home (couple of miles) I was really hungry and could have easily eaten chips, but I didn't. Also, I bought nate an ice cream but not one for myself. I did buy a top (whoops) but it was in the sale, suitable for work and is a 14. I just need to not go in shops! I finished yesterday on 8 syns despite really wanting some chocolate. Good day :) today is sw fry up, steak with sw chips and veg and my Sunday cheese roll :) Bing bang boom.

Shopping trip was curtailed. As it was the dog birthday, we took her out for a walk to Graham Water, lake/nature reserve. Was a tad adventurous as the midday sun was a killer, loads and loads of midgies and loads of people. After half hour turned back to the cafe for ice cream instead. Shopping had to be a quick dash in the sports shop and Asda instead. Luckily back in time for Wimbledon.
Would have loved to go to the beach, but thought it would be really busy. Have a good Sunday xx

Well done on not getting chips or ice cream :) very hard to do in this weather and the top was in the sale so its ok right?? Lol im trying to write what I spend every day to stop me impulse buying... at the moment its working so we will see :)
Enjoy your sunday :) x

Morning Fran, well done on resisting chips, ice cream and chocolate.

It sounds like you're really fitting in and enjoying work which is great. Is Nate better now? How the pains?

The pains have been easing and none at all so far today. No idea what it was! Nate is all better now too thanks. He quite likes mummy's work garden. Lol. The pest. And the vast number of biscuits he is allowed there.

Work is going well, I had a few requests for this and that today and the people that volunteer for all the stuff but aren't part of the team are getting to know me. It's like I'm a popular new girl at school. Haha. The church warden had a wee panic about needing something that I knew we didn't, saw the vicar and he told me she gets in a flap sometimes. Lol. I know everything for the confirmation this afternoon is already sorted and set out in the office, because I ticked it all off on Friday.

Yeah, the top was in the sale. £30 instead of £50. I used to log all my spends. I think I need to start doing that again. Good idea. Mostly I need to not shop!

Beach wasn't too busy actually. We were just going to have a walk, but when I saw it was ok I figured we might as well enjoy.

I am finally able to shine my sw halo for the first time in ages. I am the lowest weight I've been but I am measuring an inch bigger everywhere :s I wonder if it is bread bloat. I always use my heb on bread. Hmm.

Anju, that sounds nice other than the midges. Happy birthday doggy!

Nate is going to have a nap. I will have a cold drink and then on with some weeding! Take that body magic!

Did you manage to watch the tennis? It was exhausting just watching! God knows how they coped in the heat.

Hi Fran. Hope the job is going well. Good luck with WI today xx

Hi guys, I'm ok, just a lot going on at the moment. Put a bit on, less than expected. Got my hair cut and she said it is definitely thicker, a lot thicker, and my natural colour is coming through nicely, there is just a small bit of dark left. Got home with 4 letters from the council! Turns out it is all good news. One is working tax estimate, one is housing and tax benefit run on for 4 weeks, the other two seem to be saying the council and housing benefits are staying the same. I was expecting the housing to be £35 less per week.... I dunno if i should call them or just be happy.

Going away tomorrow :) it is just for a few days but it is really exciting. Nate is just about to nap. I'm going to tidy up and chill out and get my knickers off the washing line. Lol. Then meet with boss, then quick pop up to work avec child. Then dinner, packing, cleaning off some of nate's other old stuff as the woman who is coming to pick up the pram might be interested in the other bits. Which will clear out lots of room.
