How to lose half your body weight in 10 days (Or a bit longer!)

Well done on the loss Fran. Hopefully the weekend won't be too bad. Knowing you, you have already planned your week to take this weekend into account xxx

Thanks you three :)

Yeah, I'm really excited, and my boss is fine with me going, which is a relief. I will be seeing my grandparents and old friends as well as my brothers. We might take the kids to eureka. A really fun museum for kids. It might just be my parents and my niece depending on when they go.

Anju, it is for 4 days, and you give me far too much credit! I'm not going to worry about it and get on everyones nerves, but I will have a good fruit stash with me!

If I lose just 1lb next week I will be at a total loss of 7 stone. Which is awesome. I would have loved to have been in the 13s, but having moved, applied, interviewed and started a new (very sociable!) job, I'm really happy. And I was this weight (but shorter) at 14, I'm now 26 and it could have easily been 26 stone aged 26.

True to my promise to nate, now I'm back to my lowest I got us pizza for tea. Blame postman pat! Well nate loved it and had half! So no need for me to worry about having to eat it all. Calorie wise I'm well under 1800 for the day so I'm happy. And full. Nate did leave some squished up, but he took half.

Back to work tomorrow. 10am-2pm, should mum get here in time! Oh, I also sawed down my shelves and changed some of my kitchen handles. I keep getting horrible tummy pains. They started yesterday and really hurt. It is like a wave of stabbing pains right across my abdomen.

7 stone will be amay-zing!! Is Aunt Flo due a visit soon?

Yep, very busy. Now I'm just trying to get into a new routine in work and learn everything I need to learn. I've just written out my plan for tomorrow. I have a funeral on Friday and a confirmation on Sunday and an internment on the 23rd I need to check up on and I need to remind the vicar about reading two banns on Sunday, and I need to get the ball rolling for the September blessing and I need to finish the worship rota for September to November and a bunch of other bits. Fun times!

Wow you are certainly going to be busy in your new job but you'll be great. It's a new challenge for you to get your teeth into, syn free of course ;)

Evening Fran well done on the loss this week hun. Could you have strained/pulled a tummy muscle stretching or lifting?

Lol, yup. Lots going on. I'm hoping tomorrow will be quiet because I've changed my hours tomorrow from afternoon to morning so hopefully there won't be many phonecalls. We are in wedding season right now, it should die down soon. I'm going to be taking on a lot of tech stuff the previous admin didn't do so I will be learning that on Friday from the vicar. I'm enjoying learning new things and using my brain. My old neighbours said i shouldn't know it but they were really impressed by my interview. It is a bit like "well I'm doing the job now so I'd hope they were." But I didn't say that, I did ask hoe they knew but they didn't say. Never known gossips like church folk. That said they all seem really nice and welcoming.

Re tummy, lying down helps. There are so many things it could be I will just hope it goes away. Lol. It is mostly mid right but a bit upper left, so lord knows what it is, I don't think it is muscular, unless I did two muscles. How is your back these days?

My back is just the same hun - still waiting for a hosp appt ho hum. Still popping pills most days for what good they do :-(

Thanks love im just used to it now I think. Im most comfortable when lying down - maybe I should become a lady of the night lol id get paid for lying down

You could earn your pocket money from him though. Lol, I'm so lucky I have such a nice team at work! The vicar invited me round for lunch today. I didn't go else I will turn into a cake. mum invited me round for homemade pizza on Saturday, which would be great but I passed. Nate would love it though...

When nate wakes up I will put up some shelves, then dinner is burgers and chips, yay. Tomorrow it is toddler group, home, lunch, nate down for a nap, off to work, home for spag bol! Then Saturday we will have a nice walk into town, then do some weeding in the afternoon. The pram didn't sell so it has relisted but it means I can't get on laying the floor yet.

Wow, busy woman? How do you fit it all in?
