How to lose half your body weight in 10 days (Or a bit longer!)

He's like a little furnace. Now run out of calpol and had no sleep. Gah. He is lying on top of me in the lounge now. Hopefully he will drop off and I can sneak across the road for calpol. It is peeing it down here. He's since been crying that his foot hurt because a crocodile has bitten it. Loon

Poor Nate! Hope he is feeling better this morning and the crocodiles and motorbikes have gone!
 
I know, naughty crocodile. We've had cuddles and dozing. 1 sippy cup of squash and 1 of water, 1.5 yogurts, 1 bear roll, 1 biscuit and a little bit of teacake. Getting some appetite but I don't want to be vomed on again. I've had yogurt, banana, apple, pear, left over curry another yogurt and banana (very naughty of me) I've used half a syn of milk in tea too, and that's it. Having hunters chicken tonight so using my hea in that and I'll do chips with it and broccoli, cauliflower and maybe carrots.


Scales showed 15st 5.5lbs which is 1.5lb down from Wednesday. It'd be 8lb loss since restart, aiming to be down 1 stone by end of February, getting me back into the 14s (14 St 13.5lb) and aiming for club 10 by Nate starting preschool - (14 st 5.5lb) 9 weigh ins 15.5lbs. Might b a bit of a squeeze but we can but try :)
 
Nom dinner. Had a jelly after so I'm on 1 syn and I've not used my heb yet. Thinking of a sandwich later... maybe tuna? With pickles on the side. That would use half a syn for mayo. Might use the rest on a curly wurly and some crisps like skips or velvet crunch.

Munchkin had a little bit of dinner and a tiny bit of jelly and is in the land of nod. He has perked up a little bit as the day went on.

Ta, yep. Bit by bit I will plod down. Step 1 get my half stone, step 2 less than a stone to club 10, step 3 in the 14stone bracket and lose 1 stone (same thing), step 4 get back into my 16 jeans (so depressing they dont fit properly right now), step 5 1.5 stone, step 6 club 10. Shrinky shrink shrink.


It will happen hun your focused again - and as you say its the plodding on that gets us where we want to be. Those jeans will fit you again in no time x
 
It was yum. I had skips and a small twirl and 1 syn of Mayo. 15 total. Mmm. Happy tum. Poor bubs fell out of bed with an almighty thud! All tucked back in. He looked so pathetic with the injustice of it all, crying, thudding forward carrying cow-cow by the tail. He had big cuddles and was happy again. Back to work tomorrow and this week is going to be a busy one. Got the last of the ordination stuff to soft, the march-may rota to write as well as the h&s policy, Monday's funeral, poking my brides, everything else that comes through. 16 hours isn't enough. Oh I need to do more website stuff too. Phew.

Scale is up half a lb, so 1lb down. Weigh in on Wednesday and hoping the pf pays a visit before then.

Had porridge with raspberries and banana for breakfast. Jacket potato and beans and salad for lunch. Had a pear and an apple for snacks. Having risotto for tea, probably have a hea of cheese in it. I'm making enough for making the arancini tomorrow too.
 
Had a HiFi bar for my 2nd heb. Just had 2 Flumps for 3 syns. I have some chocolate but I'm not hungry. Grr.

Been looking for inspiration for next week and discovered gnocchi is just 2 syns per 100g. Yum yum. Excited. I can't stand the slimming world version, it is shaped mashed potato, I'd rather the syns. Going to do homemade fish fingers as nate loves it and I have some in the freezer. Got beef stew, pasta carbonara, Japanese pork curry, sausage and mash and I'm trying a new "she cooks, she eats" recipe of macaroni, chicken, ham and broccoli pie which will free up some freezer space. A few things might change but that's the basic idea. Had to plan menu using up stuff in the freezer and potatoes before they go funky. I think it should be a cheap shop, just need to work out lunches and breakfasts.
 
I think gnocchi will be Wednesday or Saturday. Welcome for the other days :) got loads in the freezer so I need to use it up. The only meat I need is bacon. I will still have prawns, chicken, pork joint, salmon, smoked salmon and sausages in there after next week. I have a lot of frozen veg too.

Hoping for a poop tomorrow. Not "been" in ages and my trumps could stun at 50 paces! Bet you don't want to come now!!!

Scales were up again this morning to a sts from last Wednesday. It seems to be a pattern. The lbs best disappear by the morning!

Another green day today.

B:beans on toast with paprika and chili mixed in. A banana and pear

Got an egg sandwich for lunch with half a syn of mayo and some more fruit and a pack of wotsits! 5 syns

Dinner is arancini. This mix is made, I just need to ball and breadcrumb them which will be 1.5-2 syns then they are going in the airfryer serving with a tomato sauce and broccoli etc.

Planned syns are 7-7.5 so I'll be able to have a curly wurly later if I like :)
