How to lose half your body weight in 10 days (Or a bit longer!)

Thanks adelle :) I was so pleased he understood, took his time and considered what he wanted. He has been a right piggy today, ate all his tea, then some of mine, half a mango and 3 yogurts!

And I'm pleased that I have another 100% day ticked off. It turned out dad thought the chilli was just for him and mum not all of us, so I didn't need to cook at all today! I did clean the kitchen, do a load of laundry, put 2 loads away, change my bed, tidy the lounge, pack away most of my books, all the clothes in the built in wardrobe, and a bunch of stuff in the bathroom! Still got shoes and bags in there and Nates old clothes (already bagged up) that I need to sort out. I dunno if I want to keep them, sell them or just give them to charity. The preloved shop didn't seem bothered in having them (she hadn't seen them). I will be selling his old pram on eBay as that is where i got it! I sent off the nappies so should get a cheque next week. Woop. Sending them off involved what's normally a half hour walk, and here in the land of the mad it involved me lifting Nate up so he could post some stranger's letters for her. So in my walk, cleaning and packing I figure I've clocked up some more body magic. :)

Fantastic day honey xx

thanks gilly :)

ooh i dunno texty, he'll still be a man. HAHA. He mostly is a sweetie but can be a complete arse too. I've had a kitkat chunky mint, mum had a bite of it and i half had half a syn of a cup of tea, so on 12.5 for today, plenty of superfree with every meal, minimal snackage (an apple and that kitkat chunky) woop.

Awww that made me smile reading about Nate and his choosing, so cute and so well thought out! I love the innocence of kids. Foods looking good and the body magic will count for a lot too! I so hope the scales are good to you this week as it's so deserved xx

Well I have more laundry to do. I spend all week with not enough for a load and then I get 3 loads to do! And I have a bunch more sorting to do before Tuesday and then tap class on Monday :) I've not serial weighed yet so I dunno how it is going. Mum's swapped the chicken burgers for a chicken casserole which is fine because it is FREEZING!

Have a fab time at the wedding and we want pictures!

Morning Fran, you've had some fab days with body magic thrown in. The scales really should be kind to you on Weds. I will keep everything crossed for Tues & Weds.

Aww thanks adelle hun. I was just filling the form in earlier I just need to check the exact amount of child tax and child benefit and then ask which box they want something in. I need to dig out a bank statement and get a letter from mum saying I am living with them and I have to contact nate's dad to email a note saying he provides a whole £5 a week for Nate :/ I am sorely tempted to just type it myself, or highlight it on my bank statement like I have done before because he either won't do it, won't do it in time, or make out he has power over me. Urgh.

Foodwise I was a bit odd today, I had eggs and soldiers (heb and 3 syns for butter which mum laughed at me measuring) an apple and 1.5 Bacon medallions as I had an odd meat craving post egg. I had a large mug of tea but I need to drink some more, might just grab a 1L bottle if water while I sort out more stuff (shoes and handbags) and do other jobs. We have been to play with the quails and I spotted some big sheets of ice to show Nate and teach him ice is cold water and is slippy and breaks. He liked lumps of ice go splash in the bucket of water best. Lol.

After having 3 higher syn days at around 13 I'm going for a couple of lower syn ones. If I syn my milk and have cheese as my hea then I'm on 3.5 so I might make up some jelly in a bit. I found a teddy mould that looks pretty cute to use.

Morning hun chicken casserole sounds great on a cold day. Its been snowing here so its freezing. Im on my own today so got nothing planned for meals so Im hoping I dont have one of those days where I pick because Im bored lol.

She decided she wants chicken tray bake now. It well gets on my nerves when she does this. She won't help plan, so i plan, I check with them, I shop for what we need, then she spends the week arsing around with it. I think she realised I was doing nearly all the cooking so she's taking over again. Hopefully on Tuesday they'll give me some clue as to how likely it is I will get somewhere. I've never had a problem paying rent and I got back all my deposits from everywhere so there was no damage, my finances tick the right boxes, it is just if they understand I'm living in my parent's b&b. In season my room is £120 a night. So I've gone above the garage (separate building just a room, and a wc) but they're coverting the downstairs into self catering studio. They don't allow kids so I have to hide that Nate and I are here which us going to be hard at 2yrs and wanting to run around everywhere. It makes a problem for what box to tick for number of bedrooms. There are lots, but they are for the b&b which is my parent's income.

Yesterday gets a 100% tick. Hurrah. I had more Pepsi max than I would have liked to have but that's no bad thing. I also didn't make the jelly. Whoops.

Full flabbers this morning. Yum. And a good giggle at dad. Mum found 5 magnum wrappers in his sock drawer! Hahaha. So every night when he has said he is off to bed to read he wasn't just reading. So funny. So his punishment is he is cooking tea. Just a roast chicken, which I'd have been happy to do, but he is being made to do it now.

I have gotten my suitcases back off of mum and I've been packing more stuff away, and at the back of the wardrobe was a tshirt that didn't even fit when I bought it. I thought I'd try it on and it fits! It is grey, and ironically says on it "will work for cupcakes" lol. Not a tshirt you should wear when it is too small! But it is looking good, lots packed away earning me some body magic too. Tomorrow is tap class so that's another hour, then Tuesday at 12:45 they will be here! Eep. Then weigh in the next morning. 1.5lbs to be where I was, 3lbs to get my 5st award.

The t shirt is a fab NSV Fran go you. Lol @ your dad - sneaky sneaky haha

Yummy to a full brekkie your doing brill with your 100% days hun. WI has to be good to you this week you deserve a good result.

Well done Fran! You are doing brilliant - I'm really hoping you get a MASSIVE loss this week - you really deserve it!! Xxx

thanks ladies.

Laura! PUGS! I used to have a pug, they are amazing dogs. If I had a dog for myself and Nate I'd get a pug. I was 100% last week with 8 syn per day average and lost nothing. Had about 13 a day avg so far this week, and if nothing shifts then I have to do FF :( WOE! To be fair I don't have much of a social life so it's just day to day stuff. Moving, should I get the house, could threaten an off plan moment, but I think I will batch cook some stuff before I move and pop it in the freezer.

Texty, it is handy because we have Sunday dinner at about 3pm, so if I have a full English i'm fine to not want anything until 3pm. Before I struggled because I got hungry at the wrong times, so this is my Sunday solution :)

Everything that needs packing is packed, now I just have some rubbish to take out, some recycling to take out, and some washing to take out. I can't do the rubbish and recycling until after the big bins are emptied on Monday. Urgh I just want them to come and give an answer... And the answer to be yes!

he used to sneak tubs of ice cream and eat them in the bath. LOL. He is such a bugger. Thanks for your support. I've been really good and not been serial weighing this week either! Pugs are fab, have you had one before? I keep trying to steal my neighbour's pug, the dog loves me and so totally should come live with me. I tried explaining this to him but he is having none of it.

I ended up too hungry before dinner was going to be ready so had a yogurt, a mini banana (so cute, they're about the size of my fat fingers) and a pear. this was about an hour or so before dinner was ready so not TOO bad :/ I don't do being hungry and I'd rather stop it than be really really hungry, eat too fast and not register when I was full. And I did register and left most of my chicken. Told dad not to eat it because I am going to have it in a sandwich tonight.

I have used 1 syn on sausages this morning, I still have my heb and I've only used one dash of milk, not sure whether to use the rest of the milk in a hot chocolate, or syn the milk and have some cheese. I've had cheese every day this week, I am just not keen on milk, but I think maybe I should have some milk for variation? the heb will be on bread for a sandwich. heb's this week have been 2 alpen lights, 2 x cereal and 1 x 2 slices of wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf so I am varying those and using them as meals. Sunday tends to go big breakfast, early dinner, supper, whereas usually it is the normal breakfast, lunch, dinner..

Tap class was great today. Really enjoyed it. We have started learning a new routine and I think I'm the only one who has picked up the twiddly bit. A lady who is target ay flab club comes and then I saw two others outside.

Popped to Tesco for dad's babysitting chocolate. It struck me just how cheap unk food is compared to healthy food. A pack of apples for £2 (6 small ones) vs 8 kitkat chunky bars for £1! Absolute madness. As soon as you step in, to get to fresh produce you are slapped in the face by an end display of wine, chocolate multipacks and big 100 syn packs of delicious crisps all for pennies. They want to tackle the obesity epidemic I could point out that as a double whammy of a hinderence.

The two flabbers I bumped into outside, one said "oooh didn't buy any chocolate! I was going to but I didn't!" And then told me how she did eat two boxes of malteasers this week. I saw these were on offer for £1. This bargain is going to cost in sw fees ultimately, but she has been going for years and behaves like a toddler sometimes. Admittedly so do I when I spit my dummy out of the pram, but I don't need someone telling me to put the sweeties back, that I can have one after dinner, but only one. Mostly because I can tell myself these things. I won't have the small treat bags of maltesers because I get huge cravings for those "share" bags (yeah! Right!) So I have taught myself this food will lead to horrid cravings and/or a binge. It has taken some understanding of myself, and I am far from perfect, but I do wonder how a woman in her 60s can't seem to learn and follow the rule that if she has any chocolate or biscuits in the house she will demolish them? I'm fine with chocolate in the house, I have a fabulous stash, but food being in the house is not a trigger for me.

Anyway after my ramble I'm off for delicious homemade soup, made before I went tapping. Good job I did (and I had my yogurt) as my tummy is rumbling!

Hey franny! Glad you enjoyed tap, what a fun way to have some Body Magic. Does it make your legs ache?
Your dads secret eating... You gotta laugh! But I used to do the same. Bad.
I would so recommend doing a batch cook for when you move, you will not regret it at all.
So hoping all goes well for you tomorrow, fingers, toes and legs crossed! Xx
