How to lose half your body weight in 10 days (Or a bit longer!)

Glad he's got a good community, they are very rare these days. I'd love someone to throw me a carrot cake lol. Scales might not agree however.

How did you make your curry?

He has lived there since my mum was young. I'd rather have the curry. mostly indian and west indie families there and it smells immense.

It's the one I wrote out last week hun. in the one pot book.

I hate ironing. :(

I know right! I used my small plate for jacket potato and leftover sauce for lunch and another small plate for my curry and rice for tea tonight. used 1 syn on milk for tea (41 weekly total) and heb was 2 hifi light bars. To think I had chocolate cake and fish and chips this week I was dreading my mid week check! it even dipped below 15 stone! not so optimistic to think I'll get that this week but really hoping I do get a loss,

I dunno, i have had cake and fish & chips. Haha. But I am well within syns :)

I hate ironing too. I never do it unless I have to! This is so I can sell his old stuff. That said his clothes today are a bit snug... I might have to go through some more stuff.

Happy Easter to you too Emma.

I've had a Hea cheese omelette with mushrooms (that Nate stole most of), onion and a plum. A cup of tea (0.5 syn) and a mini egg cream egg thing (2.5) wasn't planning that but Nate refused to say please and it was melting. He said please a minute later. Stupid boy was wailing and saying "no" when I said he had to say please before he had anything. He has had about 1/6 of a little buttons egg shell too. After breakfast. I don't get the giving your kids 20 massive eggs which they can eat all at once until they're sick and wonder why they've gone nuts and don't want Sunday lunch thing. Nate is pretty good at knowing when he has had enough in general. Like when he has had some birthday cake after tea he doesn't finish it all. Which is better than me and I don't want to teach him bad habits.

Having lamb for Sunday lunch today, with broccoli, chantaney carrots, roast potatoes and parsnips, baby new potatoes and peas. Going to be busting out my little plate so I can't go crazy. Brother is coming over today too. So let's see if he'll not be an arse.

Well he had some more as he couldn't have te chocolate mousse we had because of raw egg, then Grandad was eating chocolate so he had a mini caramel egg then too. It hasn't twigged with him that you can't eat in front of a small child and give them nothing. Bless your girl... Not liking some of the chocolates. Sounds like you have been donated them to me. Haha.

Hey texty hun, it has been ok ta.

B: Hea cheese omelette, plum, onions and mushroom
Mini creme egg (2.5 syns) cup of tea (0.5 syns)
L: mum's sw makrel pate (0.5 syn), 2 ryvita (half heb), salad. Lamb, 1 new potato 2 sw roasties, 1 forkful of peas, carrots and broccoli, 2 bits of parsnips (nate stole the rest calling them chips lol). Chocolate, Orange and cardamon mousse (6 syns)

Got half a heb left but I doubt I will eat anything much more. I was rather proud at my leaving food on my plate. Handily I got a lot of fatty meat so I left that too, just eating the lean stuff helped cut down my portion.

Really just want to nap now but I want to get more ironing and uploading done.

I gave up. I've put one thing up but I am just super tired and so I went downstairs and had a cup of tea and my other half of my heb. So 10 syns for the day.

Did another big back worth of stuff though. Turns out most of his 18-24m stuff still fits. It is funny looking at the sizes of things and thinking that despite Nate being a giant the clothes fit for a lot longer than the sizing listed. So much is 3-6m sized because Nate's dad sent a load of stuff from his nephews, most Nate didn't get put in - I wasn't keen on a lot of it, I didn't want to put him in sweatpants or shoes at 3-6 months. It still all needs moving on. I will keep listing stuff tomorrow I think. It is the ironing I hate. blurgh.
