Porridge: 1/4 cup p.oats, 1/8 cup raisins, 1 tbsp ground almond, water
Snack
Apple
Fruitus bar
Lunch -- whoops didn't really bother with this. Feeling nauseus most day; interview stress plus post break up sickness
Boiled egg
Mini eggs (roughly 200cals worth)
Dinner
Soup: onion, squash, carrot
Bread roll
Exercise - walk to/from work (5miles)
