Not lost anything but alot of this is due to being full of flu!
15 weeks till Christmas @ 2lb a week will guarantee me 2 stone off!

D: Salt and pepper chicken, chips and salad! Sparkling flavoured Water

17:00: Im feeling healthy again! So far so good I'm feeling full and full of energy!
21:50: Had a lovely dinner tonight! I used the BBQ fry light.... It adds so much taste! I also my my SW chips square with a very colourful salad! So so so proud of my 100% day
