Well I'm trying every weapon in my arsenal to get back on to healthy eating, if this gives me a boost so much the better.

Jackie's right, 3 positives daily they really work, may not seem like it at first but you know she's right ....positive thinking=positive actions, negative thoughts=lbs gained !!!

Hope you had a good one too. Anyway my Monday has not started well. Last night I set a washing going of a coeat which ought not to have been washed but was past it's best so I thought I'd give it a go on the wool wash. Anyway when I remembered it this morning (OOOPS) I found that the machine had stopped mid cycle and left a puddle of black inky looking water and a sopping wet coat. I have not had time to deal with it so lobbed it back in the machine and closed the door and just cleared up the mess as best I could in limited time.
Not a nice thought that I have that to deal with when I do eventually get back home. I have also managed to dye my hands a lovely shade of grey into the bargain cos stopping to get my rubber gloves didn't cross my mind till it was too late. The timing is fab cos I still need to do my holiday washing cos I was a lazy thing at the weekend and didn't do the holiday wash. Now I'll need to wash a blacks batch first just to make sure the machine is clean if I manage to get it going again. AAARGH I could really do without this and it's timing sucks.
