Sorry A for butting in,i have bought a large punnet of straws today didnt know they speeded up metabolism better get demolishing them,might not see mysen in the morning then!!!LOL

A girl goes off to bed early because she is still not well and wakes up to this
what chance do I stand now today - already at silly oclock in the morning all I want is icecream (and the good stuff to) as it will (I know it will) help my throat feel better

Sorry everyone no time to look at everyones diaries before work today (will try to do it from work)
but just to say yesterday with the higher point lunch and the punnet of strawberries worked for me - so I am going for the same points today as yesterday
strawberries 2
2 x pittas with filling 7
and for dinner tonight cauldron foods cannelloni think that is about 6.5 will need to check on that
so planned for today is 15.5 giving me 3.5 to play with
please keep your fingers crossed the only thing I binge on today is strawberries
right off to work before I am late

Hi Lou I am sat at work not well and bored
with my punnet of strawberries - problem is there are only 7 left but they are HUGE
but I did have a great surprise about an hour ago - the florist is opposite where I work and the girls in there know I am not well - I go in quite often for cheap and chearful hand ties for hairdressers etc - so they did me a small hand tied and brought it over - now how fantastic is that - I know they said they wouldnt last as they came in monday and they had the new stock in - but hey they were free and a real surprise and pick me up

Jane I thought it was lovely - they said usually they would do a display for the shop and just not expect it to last

DH picked me up (I start walking home and he picks me up where ever) we got home and started to open the mail box and sort it - he gave me an amazon parcel (well I have to admit they usually are mine) but it was addressed to him - so I gave it back he told me to open it and inside was a CD I dont have of my fave all time band - an he said another (one of a live concert in berlin) should arrive too
do you know today I feel so special - doesnt take much does it
