Been out and about all day organizing Wedding stuff, starting to feel real now :eek:

Today's food as follows;
B - 1 egg on 1 400g toast (HE), Banana. 2 cups of tea (HE)
L - Sainsbury's sushi snack pack, fruit salad, Aldi cheese curls (3 syns)
D - pork steak, spaghetti & ratatouille.

Snacks
2 SW mini quiches
Aldi cheese curls (3 syns)
Special K bar (4 syns)

Total syns 10 ;)
 
Tired today! started work early so didn't feel like making dinner but i stuck to it and still made chicken curry, i did cheat a little and use a Weight watcher sauce! 3 syns for 1/4 jar so i can live with that, added lots of veg to balance the syns so still feel it was a healthy meal.

Today's food as follows;
B - Banana. Beans, bacon on toast (2 x 400g HE) 2 cups of tea (HE)
L - Leftover ratatouille & spaghetti. Classic fruit salad pot
D - Chicken curry & rice, 2 mini onion bhaji s (5.5 syns Total)

I wouldn't recommend the WW sauce it didn't taste very nice, but i was too tired and hungry so still ate it anyway! Going to bed now, day off tomorrow so will be out for a walk if this weather ever lets up! Night x
 
Another good day, this is eating healthy is starting to feel good, I'm always looking forward to tomorrow's meals.

Today's food as follows;
B - Boiled egg on toast (HE) Banana. Cup of tea (HE)
L - Alpen Light (HE) Fruit pot
D - Mixed grill (steak, gammon, lamb chop) with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes & baked beans. Grapes.

Discovered Alpen light Lemon drizzle bars, probably been around for ages but with not dieting i've never noticed them. These are delicious!

Still really tired, just cant seem to shake it! i know its not the diet, must be my shifts at work they seem to be all over the place lately, anyway going to order a chinese takeaway. I will still be sticking to SW just using my syns.

L - Tatie Hash. Alpen light (HE)
D - Chicken chow mein, boiled rice & mixed veg. 11.5 syns

D - SW risotto, Fruit. Alpen light

Wednesday
B - Bacon beans on toast (HE). Banana. Cup of tea (HE)
L - Soup, aldi cheese curls (3 syns)
D - SW Cannelloni, new pots & salad

Thursday
B - Boiled egg on toast (HE). banana. Cup of tea (HE)
L - Salad
D - Pork steak, new pots and ratatouille

Friday

Well glad to say i have had a 100% day today! Stayed the same this week which i'm glad about, glad i neer gained and glad i never had a big loss so i would think it was ok to have a day off and still lose weight.

L - WW tomato soup (3.5 syns), Alpen light bar (HE), Cheese curls (3 syns) Apple
D - Salmon and Brocolli stir fry with beansprouts and spinach. Alpen light bar (HE).
