Still really tired, just cant seem to shake it! i know its not the diet, must be my shifts at work they seem to be all over the place lately, anyway going to order a chinese takeaway. I will still be sticking to SW just using my syns.
Today's food as follows;
B - Beans, bacon on toast (1 400g slice HE). Banana. 2 cups of tea (HE)
L - Tatie Hash. Alpen light (HE)
D - Chicken chow mein, boiled rice & mixed veg. 11.5 syns

Monday
B - Jelly & fruit salad. Alpen light.
L - Big mac in a bowl. Cheese slice (HE)
D - Salmon & broccoli stir fry, with added spinach and beansprouts. Alpen light.
Tuesday
B - Boiled egg on toast (HE) cup of tea (HE) Apple
L - left over stir fry
D - SW risotto, Fruit. Alpen light
Wednesday
B - Bacon beans on toast (HE). Banana. Cup of tea (HE)
L - Soup, aldi cheese curls (3 syns)
D - SW Cannelloni, new pots & salad
Thursday
B - Boiled egg on toast (HE). banana. Cup of tea (HE)
L - Salad
D - Pork steak, new pots and ratatouille
Friday
B - Bacon beans on toast (HE). banana. Cup of tea (HE)
L - spaghetti & ratatouille
D - Spag Bol
Saturday
B- Bacon beans on toast (HE) Cup of tea (HE)
L - Tatie Hash
D - Takeaway
Sunday
