D - Chicken fillet wrapped in bacon with light herb Philly, Carrots, brocolli & new pots.
THUR
B - Toast (HE) & spaghetti rings. Cup of tea (HE)
L - Carrot & lentil soup.
D - Steak, egg (0.5 syns) Beans, tomatoes, mushrooms & SW chips
FRI
B - Toast (HE) Boiled egg. banana. Cup of tea (HE)
L - Carrot & Lentil soup. Alpen light (HE)
D - Takeway (10 syns)
SAT
B - Toast (HE) beans & Cheese (HE). Banana
L - Tatie Hash
D - SW Spag bol
SUN
B - Toast (HE) Boiled egg. Banana
L - Soup. Cheese curls. Alpen light.
D - Pork, pots & veg. Gravy (5 syns?)
Although i do enjoy a takeaway i'm not sure how much it effects my weight loss? But on the other hand it is nice to have a little treat?? I will update on Friday if i'm going to have or not?
