'I will be a skinny bride' Food diary

Well i'm now having a good day after getting of the scales a whole 5 pounds off!!!

So that's the 2 that i put on last week plus another 3, i feel really positive now that the diet is working! :D:D:D
 
My food diary for today;

B - Toast (HE) beans & cheese (HE) Banana. Cup of tea (1.5 syns)
L - Tatie Hash. Pickled onion space raiders (3 syns)
D - SW chilli & rice. Fruit salad. Diet coke

I wont eat anything else because i'm at work until 11! & havent brought any more food with me x

Spoke too soon, i have now ate a yummy choc & macadamia nut cearel bar, not un-healthy but high in calories so another 9 syns today.

TOTAL SYNS = 13.5

D - Chicken fillet wrapped in bacon with light herb Philly, Carrots, brocolli & new pots.

THUR

L - Carrot & lentil soup.
D - Steak, egg (0.5 syns) Beans, tomatoes, mushrooms & SW chips

FRI
B - Toast (HE) Boiled egg. banana. Cup of tea (HE)

SAT

L - Tatie Hash
D - SW Spag bol

D - Pork, pots & veg. Gravy (5 syns?)

Although i do enjoy a takeaway i'm not sure how much it effects my weight loss? But on the other hand it is nice to have a little treat?? I will update on Friday if i'm going to have or not? :confused:
 
Had to sleepover at work last night so never got home until 8.30 am this morning ( i work in a hotel) so went to sleep when i got in. Today's food as follows;

B - Apple
L - Leftover SW Chilli & Rice. Fruit salad. 2 x Cup of tea (2 syns). Alpen light
D - Chicken wrapped in bacon with philly center (HE). New pots, carrots & peas. Alpen light
 
Thursday & Today's food diary's as follows;

THURS
B - Fried egg sandwich (HE) (1.5 syns) Cup of tea (HE)
L - Leftover Sw chilli & rice. Grapes
D - Takeaway (10 syns)

Total syns = 11.5

FRIDAY
B - Beans & Cheese (HE) on toast (HE). BAnana & Apple. Cup of tea (0.5 syns)
L - Soup. Grapes. Alpen light bar (3.5 syns)
D - Steak, egg (0.5 syns), Mushrooms, tomatoes & Beans. Fruit salad.

I will be sticking to plan today as i've been naughty at work & had 2 quality street sweets (10 syns!!) definetly not worth it! :sigh:

Fell off the wagon yesterday! :break_diet:

But i'm back on track today. I actually felt sick all day yesterday with eating rubbish, got to say i dont miss it. Glad to be re-united with a banana this morning
