'I will be a skinny bride' Food diary

Morning hun,
I make sw quiche but always make a big one. What do you cook mini ones in? They would be great for me for snacks.x

I just cook them in a muffin tin, fill each hole around half full, perfect to have in the fridge for snacks :)
 
Had an extremely long shift at work today had to stay 3 hours to cover my manager plus i was in 3 hours early, so its bath PJ's & bed for me tonight .

Today's food as follows;

B - Beans & bacon on toast (HE). Banana. 2 x Cup of tea (HE)
L - Left over Spag bol. Apple. Alpen light (HE)
D - Takeaway, Chicken chow mein, Stir fry mix veg & boiled rice (10 syns)

Total syns = 10
 
Never managed to update last night so here is yesterday and today's food;

SAT
B - Bacon, beans & sausage (4syns) on toast (HE) cup of tea (HE)
L - Rice and leftover ratatouille & Alpen light (HE)
D - Gammon, egg, new pots, mushrooms & tomatoes

Snacks
2 x cheese curls (6 syns)

SUN
B - 2 boiled eggs & toast (HE) Banana Cup of Tea (HE)

Just got on the scales and wish i hadn't because i haven't lost anything!:(
I'm not due to be weighed until Tuesday morning so i know it was naughty of me! Just going to forget and look forward to Tuesday to see what i have lost x
 
Stayed the same this week :cry:So i am having a day off so i don't throw in the towel, will be back tomorrow determined to lose this week!
 
Im back and glad to say i have had a good day, trying to drink more fluid as i wasn't drinking much, so hope it helps this week.

But never mind it could be worse. I'm more determined now as i really need to start looking for a wedding dress but need to lose some weight first.
