Fantastic reading these posts really got my motivation back! Lol at a birthday WEEK Niki! Mine will be a week too this year which will have followed xmas week and will be followed by new-year-dads-birthday week!

My tetras are tasting wierd today, am just gulping them down. Thanks for the bar recommendations will try a couple next week i think.

Bootcamp done tonight and feeling good, now in bed watching homefront, roll on tomorrow :)

hi i started cd today its nearly bedtime and iam struggling already but sticking to my guns in the hope it eases in the next few days:confused: .... I really enjoyed reading all the positive comments on this thread and hope to be a success story very soon............

Hello ladies I a back to been away for work which was really hard and everyone went to an Italian for dinner and I gave in and had a salad got home tonight and I am still in ketosis so do not feel to bad.

Well done to everyone on this roller oyster of a journey xx
 
I'm jumping on to slim and save for week same as Cambridge but they have Spag Bol vlcd I know it Won't be like normal Spag Bol but it might just help me :) package arrives tmz :) x

welcome sarah! you will be ok, the first few days are the hardest!!

so i have woken up with an appetite of an elephant! Im starving hungry! have eaten half a bar already! i feel like saying right im going to allow myself to eat till next wed and then go back 100% as im finding motivation so hard but im so worried I wont go back on plan. I dont even want to eat, my head is so confused!im just hungry. sorry i dont think my post makes any sense! please ignore me :) perhaps i need more sleep.

Hi Sarah, welcome! The first few days are definitely the hardest but you CAN do it! Just hang in there and keep reading and posting on here.

I'm full of positivity this morning, I know we can do it. I've filled up my water bottels and they're on my desk, I've voided the homemade shortbread in the kitchen and booked my personal training session for Monday. I've also taken on an extra cleaning job this weekend so that's some good exercise too! It's only 76 sleeps until my holiday and I will not be the fat daughter from the UK!! I need to lose as much as possible as I KNOW I'll be putting on around a stone whilst I'm there (over 3 celebratory weeks!)

Its 11 (and a bit) weeks to Christmas, lets fight to get into those gorgeous dresses and wow everyone with our hard work! And then thoroughly enjoy the festive season knowing we can :D

well ive had the toffee shake it was yummy and oh has had the sweet porridge he has enjoyed :) next meal will be spag bol hes having macaroni cheese :D i hope they taste ok lol i dont quite fancy gagging on it :) 11 weeks till xmas crikey thats some good losses we can all have :) at a stone a month thats nearing 3 stone or more :D whoo whoox
 
I love crazy people! My boss is crazy which is fabulous fun, it helps when work is so stressy at the moment.

I know, 11 weeks, CDC is totally convinced that's 3 stone so I'm going for it. I can't eat anyway (still waiting for my dentist to come back off holiday and sort my tooth out) so I may as well carry on even though I keep thinking my flatmate is out tonight so I can stuff my face in peace - old habits eh? I wont, though I am going to get a bit of protein for the exercise days as I didn't get round to getting any yesterday.

I've 'budgetted' for a 3lb loss every week so I'm still on target with my 10lbs in two weeks. So thats 33lbs by 18 December hopfully which would be 1lb under target! Oh fingers crossed I really really really want to do it! I just can't imagine how it will feel going out to see the family/friends and being SLIM!

I was feeling like cheating a minute ago but wooohoooooooo I'm not now!
 
I ate my will power - welcome back! My Grandads wake was just before I started my diet so I appreciate how difficult it would be to manage that without all the lovely cake and food!

I made 18 lush cupcakes last night, all pink and glittery, some lemon and some chocolate! Proper lemon sherbet icing mmmm lush BUT clever old me didn't eat a thing. Invited a mate over and she tasted them all for me. I'm taking them in to work as today is my last day as a staff nurse! Promotion starts a week on Monday!

Birthday Sunday - I'm going out for drinks on Saturday and Dinner on Sunday will try all the low carb options! Don't want to be a big fattie!

I'm loving waking up with a flat stomach everyday, I do feel much thinner, work trousers etc fit very well again and no love handles in my jeans. However still far too heavy! Looking to shift 2 more stones.

i have made a decision, I'm going to have the weekend off, I feel so down in the dumps. I'm not going to go crazy just not worry too much and go back on plan on Monday ss for 10 days straight!

Hi all

Welcome to to any new peeps.

Had a bad day today - went to the butcher in my village to get some chicken and simply had to have some lamb for dinner although it's strictly verboten. Ate two small steaks in a mint marinade for supper tonight. :break_diet:

But I have been good otherwise, and I'll get back to my Step 2 tomorrow, so I'm hoping a long cycle ride tomorrow, and maybe Sunday too, will put the slip behind me.

Hope you're all well and being brave. Only 11 weeks to Xmas???? Crickey, that concentrates the mind like nothing else!

Once I drop my second stone, I'm thinking of moving to the Alternate Day Diet, as I feel I could stick that more or less forever, as opposed to CWP which is very antisocial. Has anyone had experience of ADD?

Right, my clean sheets and new book are calling my name. BFN :p
 
Oh dear I ate Doritos! Should have finished at 9pm. 1 Tetra Pak all day gave in and ate Doritos woops!
Last nursing shift today so it was bound to all go wrong lol. Oh we'll finished with a bang.

What new job have you got big linz? well i am loving slim and save so far had a lovely choc almond and vanilla bar and it was beautiful :D hehe i hope this will carry me to the end of the year come on weight get gone x
 
I'm a recovery lead nurse and CQUIN project manager. Means I'm enabling my unit to meet government targets and then delivering specialised therapies to select patients, not being a nurse anymore. Going to be strange but its another step up the ladder which is good :) x

Good evening girls! Just about to climb into my onsie and have a cosey evening in. I'm so looking forward to getting back on plan tomorrow. Am glad I have had the weekend off, but feel so bloated! I was thinking I know I will have put on even though haven't been really naughty!but as it was my mums bday if I had stuck to cd and had the odd treat I would have felt worse putting on if that makes sense.

Well I had a lovely birthday but I did drink more than I intended on night out and the next day went out for a Chinese!

Very nervous for weigh in today as it was only 2 days ago and I haven't drunk much water since due to being ill!

I knew I'd be naughty on birthday but decided to let myself as I'd only feel deprived and then probably binge! Which isn't good.

Anyway nervous wait until 15;45, how bad is it going to be? X

wow it has been quiet on here!! where is everyone!! Biglinz glad you had a lovely bday, i got so drunk on sat night, luckily so drunk i vomited so less cals ;) gross i know!!
yesterday morning I was so motivated to start again and then I found my beloved pussy cat on the side of the road :cry: i thought my heart was being ripped out, he was mine and my partners first pet and been with us through everything and i am heart broken so obviously I did not feel up to starting and now i have lost the motivation to start again, i feel like saying right i can have a week off and start next mon, not sure why but i always feel I need to start on a monday.
I went to see another pussy cat last night (i know it was quick but hoping it will make me feel better) and we have decided to get 2, a mother and her son. pick them up later this week. nothing can replace Pablo but at least the house wont feel so lonely. xxx
