1lb is nothing especially if it's your * week. You should have that off by next week :)

Didnt eat much dinner, but come late even i suddenly had hunger back and ate several smart price rolls with dairylea spread in - oh dear.

You've lost 2lbs since you weighed in 2 days ago? Hope it's not all down to being sick. Drink lots of water and try to take as much rest as you can when OH gets back home.

Hi Meli, havent been doing much reading of diaries, just posting here to keep me on track again - how u doing? I see a gain this week - Neighbours bringing over tasty food again? - Housefull? or totally unexpected?

I feel the loss is probably down to eating 100% SW food where i have been eating the most horrendous amount of total crap that didnt even taste good, plus yeah, the sickness and other business (tmi)

Think i have been a good girl today, lets see how the evening goes.
