Weighed myself this morning (slapped wrist i know) and have put on a pound. Hmm, theres motivation for me. Reckon its the extra easy - I will go back to red and green after today and have just one extra easy per week.

Breakfast
Pudding rice, milk (2), apples
Lunch
2 meat free sausages, pork steak, potato, mushroom and onion omlette, baked beans, 42g LF cheese (a)
Dinner
Beef Rogan Josh. Beef, onions, peppers, spices, tin tomtoes. Served with rice.
Snacks
2 x Alpen Lights (b) 2 alpen lights (6) pineapple,m melon, Apples, bout 150g KP salted peanuts!! (44?)
(Could have been even worse, i stopped myself going over the corner shop many times for chocolate, sweeties and biscuits - had the major munchies)
