If I eat it, I'll snap it <3 SW Postpartum

Tough day today. I had to go into work for a bit. Not sleeping and not very hungry. Now I am avioding going to bed but will want a lie in tomorrow and not to go for a walk. I think I will just decide to go for an afternoon walk now, then it is decided. I know that I will regret it, because it is always too 'busy' (If I see more than the 1 guy driving the milk lorry up to the farm, it qualifies as 'busy') but I have to do it occasionally to remind me of why I get up and do it at 5.

B - Bran flakes (B) with semi-skimmed milk (A)
S - Ham, a bit of leftover chicken, the rest of my blue yoghurt and a banana
L - Salmon and broccoli
D - Pasta and Bolognese sauce with (A) cheese. Desert was a 10cal wow jelly (0.5)
S - Cup of tea (A) and 6 squares of Ritter coconut at 1.5 each (9)

Syns - 9.5

Seagulls?! Have you been out again? I might just look at that photo of chips that I know is there... mmmmm
There are seagulls & birds everywhere around here. I saw some Ravens (Black birds) in the cemetery today.
Is there anything else to do apart from walking and getting some exercise these days?.. I must say that I am loving walking to places that I wouldn't normally.
Someone told me about a chocolate tree in the cemetery so this morning, I walked there & asked around but nobody knew abot it. It turned out to be a Copper Beech and locals call it The Chocolate Tree. This made me walk 12,000 steps which was good and I feel really good.

Hope you managed to stay in bed longer and feel better for it. I love to be able to sleep more but wake up at the crack of dawn (always been like this).

Have a great day.

I adore birds and the seagulls have been coming in land since COVID. Very unusual to hear them where I am normally, about 20 minute drive to the sea. We do have a Red Kite who visits everyday though! My favourite is a pigeon. Love the sounds they make!

There's not much around here to go to (just country lanes really) and I'm running out of inspiration. I know my motivation will return, I think I have a cold brewing. Headaches everyday, very lergargic still. I was awake at 5 and normally, I can get up and out no problem. Not for the last couple of days.

Still it's been a good day. Hope your afternoon was relaxing 😊

Weigh in tomorrow. I'm meant to be 215 (this weeks target, based on 1lb a week). I'm massively hopeful having weighed 212 point something all week.
We shall see! If I do get 215 or less, I get my new Boden cup! Omg excited, it's been here for almost 2 weeks!

And so she did! I was 216.6 this time last week and I am *drumroll* 212.6 this week!

I am really pleased, obviously! Not just because of a good loss but because my weight has come down a tiny bit every day for the last 4 days, rather than dipping on a Wednesday and shooting back up on Thursday and Friday.
I'm m genuinely enjoying learning more about my body. It's a beautiful place!
