If I eat it, I'll snap it <3 SW Postpartum

And so she did! I was 216.6 this time last week and I am *drumroll* 212.6 this week!

I am really pleased, obviously! Not just because of a good loss but because my weight has come down a tiny bit every day for the last 4 days, rather than dipping on a Wednesday and shooting back up on Thursday and Friday.
I'm m genuinely enjoying learning more about my body. It's a beautiful place!
Well done! 👏👏

Wow wow wow. Well done. I am very happy for you & so glad you didn't give up a couple of weeks ago.
You deserve your reward.Enjoy your day.

Thank you! I am pleased, it's certainly taught me the lesson of hanging on in here!
I will put up pictures after work. Have a good day x

Didn't get around to much at all yesterday! I did open my new cup though. Made some tea with fennel, anise and cardamom. It was was lovely. I made 3 curry dishes for dinner. I really enjoy seeing everyone around the table and helping themselves to plentiful food. It makes me feel like I have succeeded and warms my heart!

Love you curry feast.

B - Wholemeal toast (B), light Lurpack (3), beans and poached eggs
L - Leftover roast pork with pickles. Coconut water with lemon and lime chunks (2)
D - Chilli and rice I included butter beans in the recipe after what Kaysa said about variety and it was really nice! Also, went further 😁👌
Thumbs up for micronutrients!

B - Coconut porridge (A) and (B)
L - Bacon, poached eggs, tinned tomato and tinned mushrooms (I got tins this week to give it a go!) (2) and beans.

Exercise - Full day of gardening

It's only Sunday and there are very few apples left! I had 20 on Monday, 20 apples! We've also run out of milk (my mother drinks it all because **** me and my children), bread and the stocks of fresh fruit and veg are running noticibly low. It's a bank holiday weekend though so I really don't want to go anywhere!

I like your cupcakes.

B - Porridge (B) with coconut milk (A) and a drop of coconut essence and a spoon of sweetner
L - Salmon portion with wholemeal thin (5) and scrambed egg
D - Dinner changed because we had no tinned tomatoes (case and point). Salmon (1) with wedges, peas and beetroot. Lighter mayo (2)
S - Dairy free yoghurt (because coconut) (5.5) and half a Kitkat - 1 stick (2.5)
Syns -16

Exercise - Walk this morning before work. I think I killed myself a bit with that run on Friday and then the hike with the kids yesterday. I was looking, it was 6 miles! 30 days fit.

I need to shed this mindset that at the end of the week, when food is running low, its okay for me to start grabbing anything.

@Strawberry Madness it's one of ours that is planned in every Tuesday but I was glad of the break from it today to be honest, it paid off having no tomatoes in! I'll pop over to your thread and check out your pics, bet you had a great day!

@Ravenous I know but it it won't last forever and I think you're doing really well even to show up here. I'd be stuffing my face and hiding from the forum! :king2: <- that's you!

My house is full of food! AND I got let out in the car for a bit! I tell you, it's not sensible taking people's daily commute away. Every time I get in the car I drive ridiculously because I am so excited! 😂

Hopefully I will be over in a couple of days time.
Do you know every day I find some unexpected sh*t to deal with. But I think, I have come up smelling roses by tackling everything. I have kept my sanity by going for a long walk every day.
I am very calm & collected. I have done everything within my power & can do no more.
Thank you for being here and supporting me.
