Just pinched an idea from the sw thread and aparantly it helps weight loss. R u ready for this its.......lemons!!! so u can have it hot water or add it to your squash or tea. U can add sweetner or huney to it. Some people was using up to 3 lemons a day and got sum gud results. I dont no bout you girls but i think im going to give it a whirl.xp.s use a straw to protect your teeth.x
Pps you can use the lemon juice in a bottle if you wish.x
Just a quick update, I've been and weighed my clothes (Yes I'm really that sad!) and had I of been starkers like last week I would of lost an extra 13 and a 1/4 ozs which I reckon would of been rounded up to a 1lb so my loss would of been 1.5lb! But unfortunately something called the law stops me stripping off in the middle of Boots so I'm stuck with the 0.5lb, damn you Law! X

i have this every morning but not for weight loss for IBS
but apparently ur not only supposed to add the lemon to warm water not hot because it kills the 'stuff' in the lemons and supposed to drink it warm too

Also, to do the same thing before weigh in.
So if you have breakfast before weigh in one week, have breakfast before every weigh in, or else that can affect results as well.

Did you weigh your shoes as well? I take mine off for weighing. And put clothes on on top if it's cold and just strip down to the shorts & tshirt haha.
You may get some funny looks, but you won't be completely stripping haha

This is so true, I look like a right skanky manky at my WW meetings. I've been helping for over a year and have been wearing the same thing every week. I never have anything before hand either not even a drink it's at 9.30 so that's ok. The old dears who come make me laugh (and its mostly old dears) coz they take loads off, layers, jewellery, scarves rings its so funny there's a little treasure pile next to them whilst they're getting weighed.

You wil be proud of me because i havent been on the scales for 3 days now and thats gud for me i used to go on them 3 or 4 times a day. realy cant wait for thursday.x

well done u i used to do this too on my scales but i cant now anyway because they are dodgy and give me inaccurate readings!!! i weigh in boots in town now every wednesday

You've mixed and matched this week, but if that's what it takes to find the right way for you, then it has to be done and now you can move forward and get to where you want to be.
Very proud of you. Especially for avoiding the scales. It's hard when they're there, but since joining ww meeting, I haven't been on my scales once. I just go with theirs. I am curious as to how different my scales are to theirs though.
