Haha sorry but Serena I have this mental picture of you starkers in your kitchen weighing your clothes and its making me giggle :p it does stand to reason that if you weighed naked last week and clothed this week your clothes would add weight on. Try to wear the same kind of thing from now on and you'll get accurate results :)

Luckily I have two very large trees in my front garden which cover my kitchen window, well at least I hope they do?!? I'm going to be going in my shorts and T-shirt next week come rain or shine! X

The mini meringues I got are from Asda. They're in a tub but I'm sure you can get them any supermarket :) 2 for 1pp yummy!

mmmmmmmm I'm so getting some of those when I next do my Asda Shop! X

didnt realise there were different types of ibs? lol belly was bloated everytime i ate. cramps, feeling sick, certain foods do trigger it off i kno that too much bread doesnt help me, fresh pineapple kills my stomach, bananas etc

and wen u boil kettle thats obv very hot water, i always leave it for a while then pour it in a mug n feel it if its too hot i add cold water or just let it cool longer if iv got time then squeeze half a lemon in!!!

There's loads of different types of IBS, the main two are Constipation Based or Diarrhoea Based but then there are versions of those, I have the first type, sorry TMI lol. X My main trigger is definitely Dairy, low fat dairy in small quantities is fine but anything full fat or large quantities and I'm in agony! Before you joined Minimins I wrote a post about how I went out without my skimmed milk and risked a Semi-Skimmed Cappuccino, I was in agony for a good 8 hours after, couldn't even stand up :-( x

well done u ;) i used to do this too on my scales but i cant now anyway because they are dodgy and give me inaccurate readings!!! i weigh in boots in town now every wednesday :)

Very proud of you. Especially for avoiding the scales. It's hard when they're there, but since joining ww meeting, I haven't been on my scales once. I just go with theirs. I am curious as to how different my scales are to theirs though.

I think its more exciting when you just go on them once a week for your official wi. Also weight does fluctuate so if it was higher 1 day then it puts a downer on your day.x

Totally agree with this as your weight can fluctuate as much as 2.2lbs in one day so once a week WI at same time with same routine is very important! X


I Have havent i but at least i found my thing on thursday. Dont be tempted to c how your scales match up with your normal ones coz you could very well end up having a sneaky peak. I Am holding out for thursday its more exciting.x

I'm so excited for you for Thursday but that also means I will be closer to my WI, scary stuff! X
 
Good Morning Sweeties :)

I've finally caught up on everyone's diary and am ready to update mine :)

I had two random slices of 400g Bread to use up so I had those for my Brekkie with Chive Philadelphia rather than my usual 800g Bread, don't like wasting food! That was 5pp instead of the usual 6pp plus 1pp for my Skimmed Milk.

My friend is coming down from Manchester today and I've invited her to lunch at mine, just been planning the menu and decided on Veggie Stirfry, Rice Noodles for carbs, Quorn Chicken Pieces for Protein and Blackbean Sauce for Flavour. I'm going to walk to Sainsbury's to get my supplies as I'm not obviously doing a School Run over the weekend and then meet her and walk home. If my calculations are correct from the Sainsbury's App and they have everything in stock, lunch will 'cost' me 9pp.

I will make sure I take a pic and hopefully I can update before BGT starts tonight.

One time I weighed myself on my home scales right before my WI at the meeting and my scales were just under a lb lighter.

I'm watching BGT tonight too! I bought a ww raspberry cheesecake, 2 in the box at 5pp each. Going to have one of those after tea.

I'm definitely making better choices, for example in morrisons yesterday I was hunting for a meal for tonight and I picked up what I ate before starting WW which was a penne pasta bolognese bake and one of those meals for one person was 17pp! I put it back and picked up a NuMe cottage pie for 8pp.

I didn't end up walking to town as I didn't feel well :-( I did get my bits in Sainsburys and walk home though.

I stuck to my original plan of Mushroom Stirfry (0pp), Rice Noodles (5pp), Quorn Lamb Style Strips (2pp) and Black Bean Sauce (2pp). It was super tasty and really filled me up!

Have decided on a Dominos Small Veggie Supreme Pizza (24pp) and 750ml WW White Wine (12pp) tonight, will be a total of 36pp but I have only used 5pp+1pp+9pp so far today so 11 of my 36 will come out of my dailies and the remaining 25pp will be from my Weeklies.

Will report back with a pic of my Dominos and Wine later to make you all jealous ;-)

We're off out to the homemade burger company tonight for dinner. They don't have calories values on their online menu, but googled it and it looks like a chicken burger is 16pp and a
apportion of chips is 12pp or onion rings for 6pp.
I've got 22 points left for today, so hopefully that will cover my meal.
If not, I've got 22 activity points so far and then my 49 weeklies if need be.

And right now I'm saying sod it.
I had a 40pp thai meal a few weeks ago and still lost 2lbs. I'm gonna have a BBQ, cheese & bacon burger and half a portion of chips (apparently the chips portions are huge) and I don't care if I go over my dailies because I blooming want it and I'll be back on plan tomorrow and the rest of the week. Plus I've still got an aquafit session, 3 gym sessions, body tone class and body combat class before weighing in again. One night off won't hurt. Hopefully. Haha. And if it does, then I'm gonna need you all to pick me up again haha
 
I have no intentions of doing hun dont wory. I rarely get chance to drink these days and when i do i normaly end up crawling home so 3 for me is very tame plus i no im ok coz i dont haue to shut 1 eye to focus on the tv haha.x
