Haha sorry but Serena I have this mental picture of you starkers in your kitchen weighing your clothes and its making me giggle it does stand to reason that if you weighed naked last week and clothed this week your clothes would add weight on. Try to wear the same kind of thing from now on and you'll get accurate results
Luckily I have two very large trees in my front garden which cover my kitchen window, well at least I hope they do?!? I'm going to be going in my shorts and T-shirt next week come rain or shine! X
The mini meringues I got are from Asda. They're in a tub but I'm sure you can get them any supermarket 2 for 1pp yummy!

You wil be proud of me because i havent been on the scales for 3 days now and thats gud for me i used to go on them 3 or 4 times a day. realy cant wait for thursday.x

I can't wait for tonight for the BGT Treat, it's funny how I never used the Weeklies but now I know I am going to its really exciting, does that make sense? didnt realise there were different types of ibs? lol belly was bloated everytime i ate. cramps, feeling sick, certain foods do trigger it off i kno that too much bread doesnt help me, fresh pineapple kills my stomach, bananas etc
and wen u boil kettle thats obv very hot water, i always leave it for a while then pour it in a mug n feel it if its too hot i add cold water or just let it cool longer if iv got time then squeeze half a lemon in!!!
There's loads of different types of IBS, the main two are Constipation Based or Diarrhoea Based but then there are versions of those, I have the first type, sorry TMI lol. X My main trigger is definitely Dairy, low fat dairy in small quantities is fine but anything full fat or large quantities and I'm in agony! Before you joined Minimins I wrote a post about how I went out without my skimmed milk and risked a Semi-Skimmed Cappuccino, I was in agony for a good 8 hours after, couldn't even stand up :-( x
well done u i used to do this too on my scales but i cant now anyway because they are dodgy and give me inaccurate readings!!! i weigh in boots in town now every wednesday

You've mixed and matched this week, but if that's what it takes to find the right way for you, then it has to be done and now you can move forward and get to where you want to be.
Very proud of you. Especially for avoiding the scales. It's hard when they're there, but since joining ww meeting, I haven't been on my scales once. I just go with theirs. I am curious as to how different my scales are to theirs though.

I think its more exciting when you just go on them once a week for your official wi. Also weight does fluctuate so if it was higher 1 day then it puts a downer on your day.x
Totally agree with this as your weight can fluctuate as much as 2.2lbs in one day so once a week WI at same time with same routine is very important! X
I Have havent i but at least i found my thing on thursday. Dont be tempted to c how your scales match up with your normal ones coz you could very well end up having a sneaky peak. I Am holding out for thursday its more exciting.x
I'm so excited for you for Thursday but that also means I will be closer to my WI, scary stuff! X
