Yey it's Saturday! I love my Weekends!!!!
I met a girl friend this morning whilst Popsicle was with Daddy, it was so lovely to just have some adult/non work time!!!!
Today's Food/Drink has Been AMAZING, who says diets mean salad and starvation!!!
Breakfast (A real non diet pancake with Greek yogurt and 5 types of fruit) 7pp
Mid Morning Costa (Americano with SF Gingerbread Syrup) 0pp
Lunch (Slim a Soup Golden Vegetable, Walkers Pops, Cheestrings Spaghetti, Strawberry Fromage Frais and 3 types of fruit) 5pp
Dinner (FAB roast consisting of roasties, stuffings balls, Yorkshire pudding, Quorn fillet, parsnip, 7 types of veg and gravy!) 11pp

Yesterday marked 4 weeks of being on plan and binge free so I decided to do a progress pic comparison:

I also treated myself to a treat for my progress, it's the new Lorraine Living to the Max DVD, I didn't want something poncey, I just want a DVD which feels like I'm at an aerobics class as I'm unable to go to one of those, this way I'm bring the class to me!!!
