Hey Everyone!

Sorry for the lack of an update last night, we walked round Bluewater after the Chipmunks and then my parents came over for a few hours once we were home, when they left I was shattered and just went straight to bed!!!

Yesterday's Food:

Breakfast-7pp (Pancake/Yogurt/Fruit Combo as per Saturday)

Mid Morning Starbucks-0pp (Black Americano with Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup)

Thanks Sweetie! I have to say that at the moment the good days are definitely out weighing the bad but I know it only takes a minute for it to all go wrong! X

I tell u something, I've never slept as well as I did last night, think I was thoroughly worn out!!!! I love my Fitbit, so glad I waited for a deal so I could get the better one, it's definitely worth the extra money. X

Which fitbit do you recommend? I was looking at the flex one on amazon x

I had the Flex last year and tbh it was a bit rubbish! It's very basic and doesn't really do very much at all, mine also broke after about a month and had to take it back for a refund! I saved up my pennies this time and got the Charge HR and is well worth the extra in my opinion. It also doubles up as a watch so it's like buy one get one free!!!!

Last night I ended up eating more than I thought, I was just so so hungry, think it was a delayed reaction from the exercise, I drank 3 glasses of water in case it was thirst and it wasn't! So I ended up having some tinned apricots, there was 10 in the tin and I felt so much better after I had them and didn't have anything else. I know a whole tin probably sounds a lot but was so hungry and couldn't go to bed feeling like that. Hope I haven't done too much damage X
 
Hey Everyone!

Tonight I have completed the 3rd and final section of my new DVD!

Everyone who knows me knows I love a plan so my plan is Saturday I do 'Cardio Max' Monday I do 'Waistline Max Burn' and Wednesday I do 'Squat to the Max'

Let's hope this new regime pays dividends at WI, I've lost enough sweat lol!

Well done with the dvd, I need to start some kind of exercise. I think I wait till amazon have some better deals on the fitbit x

Thanks :) Just keep monitoring the Fitbit prices as they change daily, I just happened to be in the right place at the right time with mine I think! What sort of exercise will you do? Will it be a DVD too? X

I'm sure your get a great result at Wi, I will keep looking on amazon, my ww leader was trying to sell me there version - not sure what exercise I should do I do a lot of walking every day buy ww leader said it doesn't count as my body is use to it x

Could you see yourself doing a DVD? X

I did think about going to gym, but don't know I could do a dvd now my OH is back at work.

Just 1lb off for me this week. Have to say I am a little bit gutted, know that a loss is a loss but just hoped I'd of done better than that. Brings my loss so far to 11.5lbs in 5wks. X
 
11.5 lbs in 5 weeks is nearly 2.5lbs a week! not to be sniffed at!

Well done you ...and well done on your exercising!!!
