Today's been a lovely relaxing Saturday which we've spent with my Dad :) Although I had planned tomorrow as my Treat Day for Mothers Day, Dad invited us out for a Carvery so I decided to not be a killjoy and just go for it!
As a recovered binge eater I always worry about these situations but I'm here to tell the tale!

Today's Food

I thoroughly enjoyed my Aero and Carvery, was a very yummy Saturday! I'm glad that WW gives me the flexibility to have weekends like this without totally going off the boil! X

I've eaten half for lunch and will warm the other half for dinner! Well worth 35pp as there's plenty of variety and substance for the pp!

Hope everyone's had a great Sunday, my mum is currently 6000 miles away with our family so I'm hoping to Skype her later, I made her a photo collage of us which I've messaged over to her instead of a card.

Today has just flown by, before I knew it, it was the end of the day! I was asked to work in Year 1 today, had such a lovely time, it was my old Year R class so was lovely to see them all again for the day!

Tonight I tried frozen veg for the first time, I can't say I was impressed so will use it for this week and then return to fresh when I shop on Friday!

I bought Brocolli, Carrots and Beans, cooking it for longer tonight to see if it makes a difference! I've had a great day, more of that later! X
 
Hey Everyone!

It's been another busy day in Serena World!

I was working in Year R today, I've been asked to teach a small class every morning so I spent some time prepping my resources so I'm ready for the next 3 days!

I resisted Scones with Clotted Cream and Jam today, they were in the Staff Room and I didn't need them so I left them be!

Poppy brought her report home today, I was so proud of her, she got Outstanding for everything, no goods or requires improvements, proud Mummy moment! Her Teachers Comment at the bottom was so lovely too. Being a Single Parent who works full time is hard work at time but seeing that report made it all worth it.

I'm on just over 15k steps today but I'm still worried that I've not done enough this week with no DVD. Will wait and see I guess!

Thanks Cas :) I think what will be will be on Friday, this Plan just seems so normal for me now that I won't be worried if I've STS or even gained a little as I've still had what I've wanted, not like I've lived all week on boiled eggs and grapefruit and need to see a loss! All I want to see is that I'm still in the 8s so that gives me anything up to 1.5lb to gain, God I hope I'm still in there! X
 
Sometimes is just as good not seeing a gain! Your doing great- like you said is not as though your on a harsh diet - it's just eating better xx

I feel like I'm going to be able to carry these dietary lifestyle changes on long term and the biggest victory is just not binging, can't beleieve I've not done it once. X
