If You Fail To Prepare, You Prepare to Fail

Hey Everyone!

Today has been a bit of a random day!

I started the day with my usual weekend fruit platter:

I then took Poppy to a Birthday Party, was not going to eat anything but I felt hungry and there was a buffet for the adults and I couldn't help myself!

I ate 2 Cheese Sandwich Triangles (6pp), an Individual Cheese and Tomato Pizza (8pp) and some Salad. I didn't eat Jam Sandwiches, Chocolate Spread Sandwiches, Crisps, Party Rings, Pink Wafers and Fairy Cakes so I think I did quite well!

I then spent the afternoon with Poppy and her Dad, we try to spend a little time together as a family if we can.

Then came a BIG lesson about a Chinese, it is NOT worth the PP!

I ended up spending 26pp (!!!) on one plate of food, NOT worth it at all!

150g Chips-10pp
4 Pancakes-4pp
100g Sweet n Sour Sauce-4pp
Stir Fried Mixed Veg-4pp
20 Cashew Nuts-4pp

I will NOT be having another Chinese In a hurry!

So I've ended today on 40pp so 14 Weeklies used today, I used 4 last night after my F&H Day so I've used 18/49 this week so far.

Your day sounded lovely- so nice that you Poppy's dad are good terms aswell.

I know what you mean about the amount of points on takeaway I did regretted my dominos last week but your so good at tracking X

I much more preferred my dominos and felt like it was much better value! It's just crazy to think my plate of Chinese is equivalent to my usual Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner combined! X
 
I don't usually track Chinese as its hard to get accurate amount of points as restaurants are all different - next time stick to pizza x

Yep, Indian didn't agree with me and Chinese is a waste of pp, seems I'll just have to make do with Dominos ;) I actually think I prefer my own cooking these days, least I know what I'm getting that way! X

Today was Busy Busy Busy! I seemed to be here there and everywhere which made the day just fly by!

Today's Food has been AMAZING and I have to be honest and say I can't quite believe how much food I actually get for 26pp, it's a stark contrast to the Chinese which was just one solitary Plate for that!

I've been good but things have been mad. Hubby has been working away and I've just lost my way I've decided to go back to SW as I need freedom to not need to weigh and count. At the moment it's just one less thing to think about.

Have u thought about doing WW F&H/No Count or is that not for you? I'm good thank you, can't beleieve I'm only 1.5lb away from the goal I set! Although I'm happy at this weight so not worried about getting to that exact weight if that makes sense! X

I was trying to do WW points but just isn't working for me. I struggle to stay on plan and if I fall off I struggle to get back on. I'm not very good at drawing lines when counting lol

Remember that you wouldn't need to count if u do F&H, just eat unlimited from the list. X
 
Hey Everyone!

Today has been a hard day :(

It is the 4yr anniversary of my Brothers Death and I Didn't sleep last night as my mind just went into overdrive! I brushed myself off and went into work to find out that we have an Ofsted Review on Wednesday and Thursday so work has just gone manic! Soooooo much to do, I've clocked up nearly 20k steps doing it all!

I took Popsicle and my Brothers Girls out for
Dinner, it was lovely and I chose as best I could, Mexican Stuffed Pasta Shells which were 475cal (approx 12pp)

So I've finished the day on 26pp, happy with that :)

Emily is 11.5, Poppy is 8 and Keely is 13.5, They get on so well.

I think 'numb' is probably the best word to describe it, everyone told me that time would be a great healer but 4 years on and it's still as hard as ever. I'm so proud of my nieces, they are his legacy and when I look at them it's like looking at him. X

Hey Everyone!

I'm so sorry I didn't get round to updating last night, was so late home from work and then I just felt a bit eeuurrgghhh so I didn't log in! Yesterday seemed to go ok, it was a very long and tiring day but all positive so far, just gotta have the energy to do it all again today!

Yesterday's Food wasn't great, I had my usual 6pp Breakfast, usual 8pp Lunch and then I just didn't want a proper dinner, very unlike me! I've been craving fresh cream for days and was going to treat myself after WI but I just couldn't wait that long so I had this:

It was a Fresh Cream and Strawberry Muffin from Morrisons and it was AMAZING!!!! I had 12pp left and I doubt it would be more than that, even if it was I still have 31 Weeklies left so have a little bit of a points buffer.

I kinda just decided that life is for living and I can have a cake, enjoy a cake and stop at a cake, for years I didn't allow myself anything and I binged pretty much every day but now as I reach nearly 11weeks binge free I know that I can have my treats without going overboard.
