My tummy is feeling so much better now, I've had my first 2 healthier meals of the week, can't believe how different I feel! Been to Asda to get all our food supplies, no excuse now! X

Who'd of thought I could eat that type of food all day every day, no wonder I felt permanently awful! X
 
Evening Everyone!

I am back in control and I have to say it feels good! Today we have been to Asda for our shopping and then just had an indoor day, it's been lovely! We did some baking this afternoon, Poppy made her first ever mug cake and we also made pizza dough from scratch!

Today's Food

B-2 Satsumas (Needed to go shopping!)

L-1/2 WW Korma Sauce, 2 Quorn Fillets and 1/2 Tilda Roasted Vegetable Rice

S-30g Pizza Pringles

D-1/2 Homemade Veggie Pizza (Decided to save half for lunch another day)

S-Know I'm going to feel peckish tonight so I've made a selection up! I've got a NAS Orange & Pineapple Jelly with 2 Pineapple Rings, 1 Finger Kit Kat Dark, 2 Pink Wafers, a Viscount and a Maryland Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie. Once I've eaten those measured bits there won't be anything else!

Good Evening Everyone!

Today has been one of those mega busy days, super productive! I decided that we would have a MASSIVE spring clean this weekend so today we've pulled out the kitchen, under stair cupboard, porch, shed and bathroom! Never have I seen sooooooo much junk and rubbish, in the bathroom cabinet especially!!!! So it's all been binned, bagged up or put away and tomorrow we will tackle our rooms, only clothes tho as Poppy's toys haven't long been done.

Today's Food

B-1 Dry Fried Egg on 1 Slice Thick Wholemeal Toast using Tomato Ketchup instead of butter

L-Rest of the Quorn Korma and Vegetable Rice from yesterday followed by a Mango

D-Linda McCartney Vegetarian Sausage Puff, 2 Tesco Hash Browns, 3 Asda Battered Onion Rings, Carrots/Green Beans/Peas/Sweetcorn and Tomato Ketchup followed by 2 clementines

S-Another yummy selection of a NAS Orange & Pineapple Jelly with 2 Pineapple Rings, 15g Pringles Pizza, Viscount and a Maryland Chcoolate Hazelnut Cookie.

The treat plate worked well last night and until my incredible hunger subsides I will probably continue to make one up each night as it keeps my portions in check and I know once it's gone it's gone!

Your dad sounds super productive - it
does make you feel good afterwards once it's all done- I'm sure lots of calories were burnt! Do you still use your Fitbit? X

I still love my Fitbit! Today I've burnt 1891 Calories, really pleased with that for an indoor day! Hopefully I'll be able to burn a fair few tomorrow too! I am really enjoying having my treat plate in the evening, long may it continue! X

So far today I'm on 1882cals so a very similar amount, pleased with that for another indoor day! I can't wait for my treat tonight....more of that later!!!! X

Thanks Anna! I've actually enjoyed these 3 food days, I feel like there's soooooo much more food in them but it's just the right food! My tummy finally feels back to normal which is great with work tomorrow! I really really hope I can maintain long term this time! X
 
Evening Everyone!

Today has been another epic sorting day!

I've mainly spent the whole day sorting Poppy's clothes, it doesn't sound like a big job but it really is! I've filled the whole green bin with stuff that's no good, the blue bin with stuff that needs recycling and about 12 bags for the charity shop! You'd think that there would be nothing left but oh no! There's still sooooooo much stuff, it's got to the point now where I'm just tired/angry/sad/annoyed all in one so I've downed tools!!!

B-1 Slice Thick Wholemeal with 1 Dry Fried Egg (Tomato Ketchup instead of butter)

L-Rest of Friday's Homemade VeggiePizza with Salad followed by 2 Clementines

S-Was flagging at 3pm so I had a NAS Jelly with Pineapple

D-'Sort of Roast'-Quorn Turkey Steak, 100g Iceland Cheesy Potato Swirls, AB Yorkshire Pudding, AB Stuffing, Carrots/Green Beans/Peas/Sweetcorn, Onion Gravy & Mint Sauce followed by a mango

S-A full size Snickers!!!! Somebody gave this to me on the last day of term, I saved it for an emergency, tonight is that emergency!!!!!

This is what I need to do is sorting through all of our clothes especially the girls and Evie's tiny stuff. Sounds a very productive day- that's snickers was well earnt X
I really don't want to get back into the school routine tomorrow xx

I'm cursing myself for starting but actually need to realise how much I've got done and stop being so hard on myself! I had a lovely steaming hot bath, face mask, cup of tea and snickers, it was amazing! The small pleasures in life!!!! X

Evening Eveeyone!

I'm updating in a very fragile/tired state, did half a day at work and then had my gynae appt, ouch is all I can say! It all went well but I didn't have any anaesthetic so I was in a lot of pain and it hasn't stopped now! Think I'll be collapsing in a heap once Poppy is in bed!

L-Wheatgerm Bread filled with 3 Quorn Slices, Pickle and Lettuce, Cucumbr/Tomato/Pepper, Savoury Popcorn, Babybel Light, Petit Filous, & Clementine

D-3 Vegetable Fingers, 3 Potato Croquettes, 3 Battered Onion Rings, Carrots/Green Beans/Sweetcorn/Peas & BBQ sauce followed by NAS Orange & Pineapple Jelly with 2 Pineapple Rings
