Thanks Anna, I've had a long soak in a warm bath, it made me feel a little bit better I have to say. I'm now relaxing with a cuppa and my Wispa, it's bliss after today! I still can't believe how easy I'm finding it being healthier again, maybe I didn't go as much off the rails as I thought I had last week! X

Good Evening Everyone!

Tonight I'm feeling rather tired and sore, think today was just too much for me!

It was 2 peoples birthdays at work today so the staff room was filled with posh crisps, flapjacks, muffins, chocolate bars, French fancies, Viennese whirls and sweets!!!!! Torture!!!! So I didn't have my popcorn and had TEN posh crisps instead, still not as healthy as the popcorn but least I had something! I've taken a muffin and a chocolate bar for another day.

I used 2 different unofficial online calculators, one said 7sp and the other said 8sp for the 100g. X
 
Good Evening Everyone!

Another day is done, it was someone's birthday again today so there was yet more cake! I've taken a slice of carrot cake to have on another day, probably tomorrow night if I fancy it?

We had a Skip to Be Fit Workshop at School, teachers could have their turn so I did! I managed 184 in 2mins, the top teacher only got 221 so I reckon if I had been 100% I might if come close to the top!

Too many birthdays this week, its not easy but your doing well with your choices.

The skip to be fit sounds fun- you did great! I'm rubbish at skipping x

I'm really enjoying taking my treats home and enjoying them in the evening rather than just scoffing them down at lunch and not even appreciating them! X

Today has been a super busy day, I was acting up in EYFS this afternoon and the day just seemed to fly by! I've got to be back at work at 7pm as its our new entrants evening, no rest for the wicked!

I think this week has been spot on which is why it will be even more gutting if I see a big gain but I'll know it will be because of last week not this week! Im soooooooo tired now, can't wait to have my carrot cake and bed!!!! X
 
Morning Everyone!

1.5lb off at WI today :) I'm pleased as I think I was expecting the Half Term naughtiness to catch me up and thankfully it didn't!

This loss means my total loss since 1st January is an incredible 3st 0.5lb :D

Today is our Red, White & Blue Queens Tea Party at School, here's a photo of us all ready to go:

Thanks Hun :) I do feel sooooooo different now, in more ways than just looks! I'd like to just keep off what I've lost now, will feel great for the holiday if I do! I think being so active at work helps massively, I'm on over 17k steps today already X

I'm hoping to take Poppy to swim with dolphins so I will definitely be buying the professional pic if I do!!!! X
 
That be amazing experience!! Hopefully your be able too. Last year we went to sea life show and Emily got a great pic with dolphins x

I'd love to see that if u could upload it? I've swam with dolphins twice before, once in Malta and once in Dominican Republic and it will be such a magical experience to share with Poppy this time x
