Hi Christy - you'll be fine with that menu... I've been on 1000/1200 for 3 weeks now, and this week lost 3lb! I have one CD product a day for breakfast then lunch and dinner are real food, and as long as you eat the right kind of foods, just like you listed, you can keep losing weight. I still have another 10lb to go, but eating real food is working for me. And I do have the odd biscuit, and at least 1 or two low cal hot chocolates a day. My biggest problem is wine - when I go out for dinners I make lovely healthy food choices, but blow it all by drinking a bottle of red wine! Ooops....
