I'm on day 4 I really can't believe that I'm over the hard part. No headaches today and feel ok about continuing. My aim is to go for 5 weeks and more!! I hope to lose 4 stone initially but I am setting myself some mini goals. My first goal is to get over week 1 - roll on Wednesday. If I manage that my next goal will be to lose 1 stone. Next goal to get into my black salsa trousers that I know looks class on me.... so three goals....here goes....
