Just had my stew n dumplings n it was delicious if I do say so myself! ended up having 3 so my dinner worked out at 17pp! x

Ohh lovely and not bad on pp for a Sunday dinner :) Are you eating back your AP Kerry? I haven't used mine this week, but I might next week

Well done for getting back into the zone I'm hoping I can be this week also and have a lossfriday!ive def lost inches as managed to get back into my size 12 skinny pre preg jeans yesterday!they t snug but they do up and couldn't do the up last weekx

Hey Claire, I'm sure you'll get back into it! You sound like your doing good if ur back in your size 12 skinnies already! you will have lost inches if scales arn't changing much. I might measure myself actually cos Some wk's it's a bit disheartening if u don't lose but prob lose inches x x

Hey Hollie, really good this wk actually, been walking the dog at least 5 miles since weigh day as my exercise, really feel it in my legs when I wake up! Haha so it must b doing something!
food wise I've been good too, mon morning n I've still got 25 weeklies left, unheard of! prob use some today n tomorrow tho n stick to 26 wed, day before weigh in! .... How u been? Xx

My stomach is far from flat but I even feel like that after I've been good.
