Dieting is so hard, I've started pointing again today, gone over my 26 already, good job for weeklies! it's especially hard in winter too, all I want to eat is stodge! X

Just can't seem to get into pro points at min! Have a couple of good days then fail miserably! not even been gym in two wk :-( x
 
I found 30day shred a great way to get back into exercise. The first one is on youtube. 20min work out in your own living room and your done! I understand how you are feeling at the minute. But keep trying, 2 days being good is better than 7 days being bad. Good luck :)
 
I have got the 30 day shred but I can't do it downstairs now cos of the dog, if I locked him in kitchen he'd just bark his head off till I let him in! Haha ... I have no excuse with the gym as its only 5 min if that round corner from me! I'm just being lazy! Not had a great day today either, need a kick up the back side! I find it so so hard in winter months! Don't want to creep back up to 11st tho n that's what will happen if I carry on! X
 
Right I'm going to do this properly now, no messing about. Weighed last thur at 10st 8 n just weighed in at 10st 6.6, I know I was a bit heavier last wk cos I was on. Couple wk back I got to 10st 4 so I've put on anyway. Fresh start today n fresh weeklies. Got a ww diary app on phone so I'm gonna log everyday n try to log on here too x

So first day went really good! Stuck to my 26 points which I'm really pleased about. Going to have jacket pot tuna n salad for t at work ton, just discovered mini tuna 80g tin n it's only 1pp! :) really happy with that! x
